I have previously had Lasik in both eyes from another Dr. and then a PRK in one eye as a touch up by Dr. Synder years ago. Now I just had both eyes implanted with IOLs by Dr. Snyder two weeks apart. Morning after the surgery I had 20/20 but a slight haze which is expected & went away by the next day. Painless procedure and now I can use over the counter readers, safety glasses, dive make bifocals, etc all without the reader prescription I needed before because each I was different enough to require one. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his team at Tucson Eye Care.

After having RK (w/blades) in the early 90s my vision deteriorated greatly over the years. I was told by multiple doctors that the RK over-corrected my eyes and even with the help of eye glasses I still was unable to see. Even with the … More

Dr. Sanan is exceptional. I have some unique and complicated eye issues. He has very carefully and thoughtfully reviewed my eyes. He has sent me to a retina specialist for more extensive data for the treatment plan for my eye issues. He spends a lot of time with me and explains everything he does, including why. I regard him as especially insightful. I am very pleased with the medical care I an receiving from him.

Prescription is wrong and I have to pay full price to get another exam. Citing my “eyes may have changed”. That happens in 1-3 years, not within 5 months.

My visit with Dr. Zainalabidin was excellent. Period. Perhaps you may find someone who is as good, but none better. Dr. Zainalabidin sets the highest bar for excellence. The in-depth knowledge, professionalism and attention to details were clearly evident. I highly recommend Dr. Zainalabidin as your first choice for eye care.

I don’t know how an optical place runs out of contact cases but they expect you to bring your own contact case when you pull out your contacts. Also when buying glasses be aware of the warranty charge they charge you. Look at the detailed receipt. Plus make sure you have time to pick up your glasses because the person helping you keeps answering the phones because they are the only person working. Also they aren’t good with keeping confidential paperwork away. Found some insurance information on the desk while waiting on the person working.

Bright and friendly staff, quick to greet me and check me in. Even with a full lobby, I was checked in and seen for my appointment within 10 mins. Very quick! Didn't get the name of the Doc, but he was very friendly and professional. But he did entertain my random questions and even emailed me a picture of the inside of my EYE! Wild stuff! State of the art machines and his expertise had me in and out in 45 mins. Highly recommend!

My son has been a patient of this office for roughly 4 years. We were recommended to him by multiple people who stated the office was great with children with Autism. Unfortunately this was not really the case. Dr. Sato is good at what he does, but he has a very gruff and rushed manner that would sometimes rub myself and my child the wrong way. However, the office staff up to today have been friendly and kind. however today was a terrible experience. My son HATES having his pupils dialated, and commonly has meltdowns over it. but the staff has always been helpful and supportive. however this time, he started refusing the dialation, i found no help from the staff, and the lady just sat there until she finally asked me to hold him down, so the drops could be forced on him! i continued to try to convince my son to calm down and allow the drops, as I didn't want to scar my child by forcing him into something. This continued until the tech said something along the lines of " We have a time...thing.. there are other patients waiting..." I left after that. I will find a different office that shows patience and kindness to their patients.
