Came to have my glasses fitted and cleaned and I guess a long wait ( 30 plus minutes) as if you are a nobody is in store for you once they already have your money. Also will text you your glasses are in easy for pickup and once you arrive 20 minutes later will be closed. Unreal. It’s like once we have your money then you less than important to us. Go somewhere else to be treated good. I highly recommend lens crafter.

Walked in and roamed around for 15 mins just for no one to greet me/ acknowledge me or even come out from the back where everyone were even after making eye contact with a lady (no pun intended) was trying to buy a pair of glasses but ended up just walking out. I felt like a ghost in there. Highly not recommended.

My first visit to the New Berlin MyEyeDr was one of the best customer care experiences I've ever had. Special thanks to Amorette who seemed to immediately understand what I was looking for in new frames and made choosing fun and easy (and within budget). Most invaluable was her help in understanding my insurance coverage and options. The time and attention she gave me was outstanding. The equipment used for my eye exam seemed "state of the art," and Dr Ziegler was knowledgeable and caring. I really felt like I was in good hands at MyEyeDr.

SLEEP STUDY- Staff was Awesome! Just turned 6yr old (Autistic) didn't know how he would react to the wires all over head, nose and toe. With YouTube I was able to show him what to expect. Staff helped explaining to him White fishnet for head was like "Spiderman's Web" and I told him sticky goo was like Vaseline. The room was Perfect! Bringing pillow and blanket from home helped for more at home feel (goo might get on pillow case but with some shout came right out) In morning I wiped some of sticky goo out with tissue and warm soapy water. I can only imagine process for long hair/but with shampoo conditioner it will eventually come out. After all it's the Sleep Study thats Important.

Love this place! They are so kind!! They explain everything to our children to make them feel as comfortable as possible. ( Love this sign in their bathroom. I need it for at home.) 🤣 …

We only go to this location for services for my kids, unless we are told to take them to Children’s ER. We have been there for x-rays of a broken hand for my son, and a severely sprained ankle for my daughter. We have used their services for spiked fevers, stomach issues, strep tests, and other urgent care needs. Their Covid Vaccine clinic was smooth and well planned. Our children go to one of the pediatricians on the second floor there. No matter what the reason for the visit to this clinic, I have always been greeted at the front desk with professionalism and kindness. Again, we won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Lang is the best eye doctor my son ever had. I want to give him 6 stars out of 5. He is honest and answered every single question we have. In order to help my son to get the correct ortho K lenses, he tried 3 times and finally designed a pair, which works very well.

I took my 2 year old son on the referral of his primary care physician and Dr. Lang is absolutely wonderful with children! The entire staff is warm and welcoming and so very accommodating to young children. I am beyond pleased with my son’s first experience with the eye doctor as this can be very scary at the age of 2. There is a nice variety of glasses for children that my son LOVED picking out and trying on. The decision making process was simple and quick. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with young children and to anyone of any age.

Warm, welcoming and friendly team of people and very professional. Everyone from reception, sales, technicians and Dr. Laura we’re all so kind and took their time with me as well as their other patients. The office was clean, frames were clean and well stocked and there’s easy parking. Costs were appropriate for the industry. There were other satisfied customers present that seemed to genuinely appreciate the care provided by the helpful staff. I will definitely return back for my next annual and refer others to this facility. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

They do a complete exam to rule out any and all eye issues. Friendly staff and clean well stocked office with lots of options. I now live out of state and still use this office for my eye care while visiting family. Dr. Motisi and his daughter Dr. Heather Motisi are the best in the business! I have found through this service I have Retnal Vein Acclusion which I could have gone blind without injections. I thank them every day for my EyeSite!

Drs Tom and Heather are a wonderful father/daughter duo who, on top of assembling a fantastic team of kind, helpful and knowledgeable office associates, are excellent, caring and friendly physicians. I highly recommend Eye Site vision.
