Drs Tom and Heather are a wonderful father/daughter duo who, on top of assembling a fantastic team of kind, helpful and knowledgeable office associates, are excellent, caring and friendly physicians. I highly recommend Eye Site vision.

I visited Burke Family Eyecare today. Dr. Kahn was very pleasant to work with and really took his time. He did not try to talk me into anything unnecessary or upsell me in any way, even though I made it clear I was open to whatever he suggested. He gave me a good idea of what is going on with my eyes and what I can expect going forward. My only, very minor, complaint was that he put drops in my eyes and then told me they might sting a little! That might've been intentional since otherwise I might have had trouble letting him put them in. (And they only stung for a second.) The place was quiet and clean. I did not need to purchase glasses so I cannot remark much on the selection, but from a quick browse, it seemed about standard.

MyeyeDoctor Customer service is great. questions and concerns answered promptly. My rating is for MyEyeDoctor but I do have to mention this additional bit. I cant say the same about the lab that gets the lenses and frames together. Delayed 2 times now. Its going to be close to a month now for my Frames to arrive. For some people their glasses are needed 24-7 for crucial tasks or even driving. This has become an annoyance at this point. Obviously this is out of the MyEyeDr location's control but something has to be said.

Kudos to the staff at Burke My Eye Dr. Starting with Lee(pre-exam), Dr. Sarb (very thorough exam, answers all questions completely), Kevin ( filling order, adjusting glasses) and Mr. Shafiq (office manager -everything runs smoothly), I had a very complete, professional and pleasant exam. I highly recommend this office. You will receive excellent care.

I would give this place a zero if I could. They made me wait for close to an hour even with an appointment. Upon checking in, I asked them to verify insurance coverage and they informed me that all is good. After I was seen by doc, they pushed me hard to buy lenses from them, much like a used car sales person. When I refused, they informed me that the eye exam was not covered because I can only do it every 12 months. They then charged me $360 out of pocket to pay for exam. What a bunch of con artist and scammers. If the insurance didn’t cover the exam, they should’ve informed me right from the start!! I will definitely not come back again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I love coming here! Dr.Chen is awesome and I’ve gotten multiple pairs of glasses from here and multiple eye exams as well. They take my insurance (VSP) and it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I had my first appointment with Eye Care About Eyes and the people at the front counter were very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. I didn’t wait long at all which was a good sign. Doctor Chen was very thorough and is following up on past medical records to treat my condition. I feel very hopeful about my treatment. I’m glad I decided to try Eye Care About Eyes, it will be wonderful to see better.

2023: I've been going here for about 3 years now and I love them. They have truly perfected their team. They were great before but every single person on their staff is spot on perfect. They are all so helpful and the doctors are always great. I'm going with glasses this time and some contacts as well. Everyone was so helpful in working with my insurance options and picking out the right pair of glasses for me. They are very informative and helped me pick the best options for my new glasses and I have some sample contacts for my dry eyes to figure out which are best for me. Dr. Kim gave me some recommendations for my dry eye therapy. I'm excited to take care of my eyes. Starting the treatment tonight! Thank you to everyone, you were all so amazing! I will see you all for my recheck in 2 weeks! 2022: Always amazing! I love it here! I trust Dr.Kim with my vision and have gone here for the last few years. She helped correct my previous script from another Dr at a different facility that gave me an over corrected eye script and even comforted me last year when I was going through some serious personal life stuff. She's a good person and great at what she does, I trust her completely with my eyes! And that should not be taken lightly, vision is very important! Thank you Dr.Kim and the entire EyeCare About Eyes team, they are always very nice and professional! See you all again soon!

Went to pick up my prescription sunglasses for vacation, the wrong prescription was put into the computer so when i tried them on I could not see. I was told "we are sorry" and that we would have to reorder them. I asked them if they could expedite the order and was told "no". We never use them again.

John and Karen are fabulous opticians that truly know how to make your experience positive and convenient. Highly recommend!

picked up prescription it was wrong so waited 2 weeks or more for new ones ,glasses kept falling off they adjusted them 2 days later loose again readjusted done this 14 times ask to exchange them told me it would cost me 89.00 more dollars after i just spent 329.00 on glasses i will never buy another pair of glasses from BJS .
