This isn't for the people INSIDE Costco, this is for the doctor and his receptionist next to the tire center. His receptionist is rude. She is not helpful, I told her I couldn't fill it out bc I didn't have my glasses and I couldn't see it. She should have taken it, asked me the questions & filled it out herself. But she didn't. She just sat there for 5 minutes until I asked how long it would be. She said I needed to fill out the paperwork. We went 2 rounds. I brought my prescription reading glasses, the Dr did not even look at them to see the prescription, he just prescribed new ones. If he wants to pay for them fine, but that's not how it's done. Will I go back in future? No, I'll go to a diff Costco

I have read other reviews, I can’t believe the negative people writing them. My experience was wonderful!! The people working there are very helpful and courteous. My glasses where fitted for my comfort, and adjusted. I would recommend COSTCO for anyone looking for glasses. The Fredericksburg store has smiling faces waiting to help you!!

I want to give them big 0 in service. Receptionist and the eye doctor they both were rude and disrespectful. The prescription they gave it was not right. I am thinking to complain about them. Because they can not be disrespectful with anyone for no reason. Terrible service and zero star. I am regretting because they charged me too much but glasses prescription is wrong i can not see with the new prescription glasses because it is too high. Crazy. I dont think he is a real doctor.

This is the best VisionWorks I’ve ever been to! The doctor is so friendly and knowledgeable and the staff is great too! Jasmine helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Looking forward to my next appointment!

The associate working that day was incredibly helpful and pleasant, even when things got busy!!! She was amazing and I highly recommend this location!!!!

My wife was seen by Dr. Fiegl. The front desk told her the amount... but assured her they would speak to the Doc. and he could assist with billing arrangements. It was a regular check up and an adjustment to her script was suggested. She was told nothing about her eye health.She had to ask the Doc. about everything.He only spoke when she asked questions. Had she known nothing about her previous history, we would know nothing other than the giant bill amount. As soon as the Doc. left, a tech came in and began rattling prices off to her about what was needed. She became overwhelmed and the tech understood and rediscussed the numbers and mentioned he would also look into a "payment readjustment". No, nothing was done to assist with the amount. $250.00 was paid and the only gain received was the knowledge of her new prescription strength. The only reason we are putting one star is because they were timely and the assistants were kind. Vision is a very important part of life... we understand there is a cost. But, there is no excuse for the lack of compassion. The term is healthCARE. If you are in the business, you should care much more for your patients.

Every time I have come here, the staff and doctor are so friendly and helpful and my visit goes smoothly. They have helped me decide what is best with my insurance and have always explained everything thoroughly, so I understand.

Awesome customer service and patient care. Came in for a routine eye exam and check-up for contact lenses; appointment scheduling was a snap, reception very helpful and check in a breeze. Dr. Ashfaq was very thorough, provided a comprehensive exam and consultation. Very pleased and have found our local optometrist.
