The worse service ever in my life. I strongly don’t recommend them. They sell you service you don’t need just to take your money. I was very disappointed. I advise everyone to always check the prices somewhere else before making any order with them. Also you should get second opinion before making any decisions. They will definitely rip you off like they did with me
I only need reading glasses but they convinced me that I need Bifocal and progressive that I don’t need. When I tried the glasses and didn’t work for me. I asked them to just change it to basic one and refund my money back. But they refused and told me they can’t refund me anything and changed my glasses to regular one and lost my money. Definitely a rip off. I told all of my friends about my bad experience and they spread the word and talk to others not to go there. By doing that they will lose more and more clients

For the second year running my prescription graduated lenses still have to be corrected. Re last year's June eye test was not corrected until August. So this year I waited until August to be reevaluated - it's now mid October with a second lens evaluation, plus frames, that are still not correct.. (two pairs that include graduated sunglasses. Normal cost total about $800).

I needed to get my prescription from them. It took 2 days (their system was down "mysteriously" when I arrived, but they couldn't tell me that on the phone) and now I find that the info they gave me is missing a crucial number. Thanks for the incomplete medical records! This is why I'm buying cheaper frames online.

Exceptional customer service! Robert is one of the best in the business. His expertise and professionalism is evident. More importantly, he’s as all around great guy who really cares about his clients. There is an excellent selection of quality eyewear for the whole family in a variety of fair price points. Everything in his store is quality. There’s a reason why eye doctors all over the Tempe area refer to Robert.

I got a fantastic pair of prescription Maui, Jim’s here that I have had for years and they are fantastic. He did such a great job, matching the transition lenses to my eyes.

I wouldn’t buy glasses from any other shop. If you don’t like the cheap junk they sell at lens crsfters, I suggest shopping from Bob. Great glasses and even better service!

Today is New Years day and most doctors offices are closed (and will be over the weekend as well). I called Frank and left a message on his after hours line. He called me back right away and was able to see us within 20 mins! My son had a piece of of metal in his eye and needed it removed as soon as possible. I am very grateful for Dr. Frank and couldn't be happier. He was very good with my five year old and kids can sense that easily about someone. My son was the bravest I've ever seen him today. He even wants to write a thank you note and mail it to him. We honestly couldn't be happier and we aren't even patients of his but if we need any eye care needs in the future he will be the one our family will go to.

I was a patient of Dr. Ford for decades and found out in a letter that he has retired. In the letter they stated they would help me find another doctor and when I called them they were not helpful or polite. The receptions was rude and made me feel like dirt. She even hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question about getting my medical records to take to another Ophthalmologist.

Dr. Caserta is great! He takes his time, explains everything to me. I have been going to his office every year since I moved here 8 years ago, and will continue going there. He is very popular -- but for a reason!

The initial appointment was super good, wait time was a little long but it was okay. I brought my infant daughter with me and all the employees were really sweet to her and as a mama who’s tired I really appreciated them entertaining her! I picked up my glasses yesterday and asked the girly to adjust them, and she took them to do so but I think broke my frames. She used quick thinking and repaired my glasses on the spot using the display frames. Normally this would probably make me quite upset but she fixed it in less than 5 minutes and they work just fine. Just be more careful next time :)
