I am shocked to see anyone has reviewed this office lower than 5 stars. The front desk agent was very sweet and was able to schedule me on incredibly short notice after I lost my last few weeks of contacts (unlike Costco which makes you wait months sometimes to get on their schedule.) Dr. Vu was excellent and made me feel valued; he also helped me save a LOT of money by making some minor tweaks to my prescription and giving me suggestions I hadn’t thought of before (switching from AVO dailies to AV1DM.) I really appreciate his attention to detail, and as someone who doesn’t have vision insurance, it was a relief to not pay an arm and a leg for an exam. I’m glad I took my friend’s recommendation and will make sure to tell others to visit Dr. Vu in Tempe.

I am very picky when it comes to my doctors, and Dr. Pearson is rock solid! He listens to concerns and works hard to come up with solutions, I know I am in safe hands when I go to his office.

Wonderful experience from scheduling a consultation to day-of procedure and aftercare appointments. The staff are friendly and happy to take the time to answer all questions and be sure you understand all aspects of your eyes and the procedure specific for you. Surgeons have excellent bedside manner, talk you through the entire procedure as it’s happening and make sure you are comfortable. My results are astonishing, I truly could not be happier I chose The LASIK Vision Institute for this absolutely life changing experience. Thank you to all the staff and doctors for all you do, I couldn’t recommend The LASIK Vision Institute more, you’ll love your experience here!!

Very easy experience. At the consult the doctor answered any questions I had with such patience. They were happy to work with my FSA account for payment and talked me through financing options. The procedure itself was as smooth as could be and the surgical team was super friendly and talked me through the whole procedure. Post-op care and instructions were thorough and comprehensive. Would absolutely recommend!

Truly one of the fastest, comprehensive procedures I've ever had. Each staff I've encountered from scheduling to the providers were very personable and knowledgeable. No real pain was experienced. The gift of true sight is amazing. Each day I wake up surprised that I can actually see.

The associate assisting me with choosing eyewear was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He chose far more attractive and fashionable glasses than I had (that made me look great, both younger and sophisticated). I didn’t take his advice and chose especially nerdy ones so that I could have a very serious, ‘do not look at me for my looks’ only kind of look. He patiently stood by me to find precisely the ugliest model of my new glasses. He found ways for me to get quality lenses within my budget. All the staff were professional…Finally some no-creeper business people…some of the first I have met here who haven’t tried to rob my special-needs family and I right off the planet.

Overall a great experience. I was seen at the time I made an appointment, everyone was efficient and I walked out within an hour after a complete eye exam, new prescription and new glasses orders. Madison did a fantastic job in helping to pick the best option, the best price and find the right glasses.
