The Doctor was incredibly patient and kind. His explanations for my conditions were gentle, thoughtful, and empathetic with an expert exam and insightful diagnosis. The staff was very professional and wonderfully customer oriented. Rather than trying to sell me more glasses, they fixed my mangled frames and ordered new lenses for my prescription change. NO PRESSURE! So personable! I could not improve on my experience, and 6 stars recommend their entire staff. Everybody was so upbeat and made me feel great just for being around them. As a new patient I was delighted, and caught myself whistling and smiling as I walked to my car. Now that, is a great experience!

Tommy and Vanessa were so helpful. Both were so nice and very quick to help. My daughters glasses broke and her prescription had expired. Thank u for helping my daughter get an exam the same day! We will be back for sure!

Excellent customer service! All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Pretty quick turnaround time. Received glasses exactly 1 week from the date of my eye exam. Good selection with many cute options to chose from with clearly marked pricing making it very convenient for the budget conscious consumer. Will be coming back next year!

I recently visited the contact and glasses store and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. They listened to my preferences and provided expert advice, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I was also impressed with their selection of frames and lenses. They had a wide variety of styles to choose from, and their prices were very reasonable. The quality of their products was top-notch, and I felt confident that I was getting the best possible value for my money. Thank you to the staff for making my experience so wonderful!

dr.vanderkleed was not only rude and racist but he told my grandmother that he can't help her because of the language barrier. He said he was "frustrated" We offered a translator and he was annoyed. He refused service and was very very unprofessional. I hope the team looks into this specific doctor, and does better to accommodate. The front office ladies were very nice and apologetic for his behavior and they gave nothing but positive and professional attitude.

As soon I came through the door, although early in the morning, I was greeted with friendly voices and smiles. Nel, the receptionist was my first friendly face to see , and was able to promptly direct me to where I needed to wait to get my glasses. She was sweet and patient. The opticians who dispensed my glasses were Nikita and Cayden- they were authentically kind and made my experience feel extremely comfortable! They triple checked that my glasses fit me comfortably, and they also reminded me of what I had gotten on my glasses in a friendly manner because I had forgotten. The assistant manager, Lisa, also greeted me when she noticed me waiting for my glasses to be dispensed- equally as friendly and pleasant to be around! Israa happened to be clocking in as a technician and made kind & connected conversation when I was making my payment.. I mean seriously this store seems to work amongst one another with grace and prestige. I will not go to another location — this store will ALWAYS BE #1 . Thank you to the store on Waddell for providing the best quality service and affordable prices!

Dr. Patel is very good at what he does. When I had both cataracts removed I experienced hardly any pain and recovered fast. I certainly could see a lot clearer. I really appreciated the care I received from everybody in Dr. Patel's office.

Dr. Patel lives up to his stellar reputation as a doctor and surgeon! Thoughtful and compassionate throughout the process removing cataracts from both my eyes. Explains everything clearly and professionally. Takes time to listen and answer all questions. A real gentleman. His staff and surgery center are top notch! Results of my procedure are in a word: AMAZING!!!!

Dr Patel has changed my quality of life for the good! WONDERFUL! I no longer need glasses. First time in 70 years! Highly recomend!

My eyes were always irritated and itchy. I went through some light therapy treatments and had my glands expressed. I now have a heat mask and use lubricating drops daily and have had much success. Even though not everything was covered by insurance it was not beyond the health of my eyes. I am so glad I found West Valley Dry Eye and look forward to my continued care with them.
