Dr Olivetti was not friendly. The office staff was also not friendly. It felt like we were all cattle waiting to be called. Dr. Olivetti gave me the wrong eyeglass prescription which I only found out after going to another eye dr.

Jaren helped us today with 4 glasses that needed adjusting. What a helpful associate. He has helped us in the past so his great customer service was not a surprise. Go see Jaren.

I had a wonderful experience at this office! My son and I went in for eye exams for glasses and contacts. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Stroud was professional and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. I highly recommend this office and will certainly continue to use them for all my vision needs.

Called to verify they carry magnetic clip glasses/sunglasses sets BEFORE setting the eye exam appointment. After the appointment, we were directed to Opticians. They have not carried these products for over 8 years.

Went in for a free eye exam and got charged for services i didn't ask for. You can figure out the rest of the story. Cramped office and exam room two people can't fit in and deciet enough to go around in billing. Some slick and creative ways of billing being done here. Don't trust them with your eyesight or billing.

Dr. Sarah and the staff at EyesWest are efficient, thorough and caring. I accompanied my 95-year-old dad in for an exam and was impressed with their kindness and patience. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah and EyesWest!

I've only had a consult so far but felt that I was in great hands with Dr. Morlock's years of experience and how all my questions were answered. I'm looking forward to having my eyebrows done and feel very at ease about doing them with her.

One never knows how successful a surgery will meet their expectations, especially when it is done to improve their appearance. My lower blepharoplasty was done only a week and a day ago and already I see a vast improvement. I would highly recommend it because of the early result, the really nice, efficient staff. The doctor was sorts of a ghost but he did a great job.

I had my permanent eyebrows done by Dr. Stephanie Morlock and could not be happier. She is professional, down to earth and wonderful. Everything she promised she fulfilled. Thanks Stephanie. I will recommend anyone wanting this service to contact you.
