Everything about my MANY trips to Dr. Sudekum's office has been exceptional! Best doctor/surgeon I've ever seen! Do your research, he's highly accredited and an amazing cornea transplant surgeon!! I wouldn't trust my eye surgeries to anyone else!

I’m a person, who doesn’t care to much about people looking at my eye. However, as one gets older, the eye site starts to fade. I went to Dr Ransdell to have my eyes checked. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the problem, and asked, if I had any questions. I have been going there now for the last 7 years. He also sponsors one of the teams in our softball club! Oh…by the way someone else wrote about a “pushy” office manager. She is no longer employed there!

Last year was our second year here, utilizing our eyecare benefits. The front receptionist was cordial and pleasant. The ophthalmologist was also pleasant, knowledgeable and very informative. He was also very helpful in letting my husband, and I, to know and understand how our daughter's eyesight was, and how her vision is with, and without eyeglasses. The owner was also very professional, and helpful in calling me to let me know that the office would be open the following week after the Christmas holiday, since there was no recording letting patients know this. It was very important to know, since our benefits ended, and needed to be utilized before the end of the month. On another token, the woman, Kim, who is the Office Manager, as well as the person in charge of eyeglass sales, was a totally different story. Albeit, she is cordial and pleasant, though she is very pushy. Realizing that there were options to choose from when selecting our eyeglasses, this was not told to us the prior year, and we paid a really high price, out-of-pocket in 2016! While going through the selections for my eyeglasses for the year 2017, this time, paying very close attention, I asked which were my options to choose from. My husband was sitting close-by, knowing this all along. She looked at me for a long while, then stated that the board on the desk was not the actual board, and retrieved another one. She showed me all the options, then stated "My boss chose me to work here for a reason. My name stands behind my work. For your vision, you need exactly the particular selections that I chose especially for your frames, and the materials needed. Especially, if you sit behind a computer for hours, and you need them for work." I told her "Okay, well, what if I decide to choose this and this, instead of this and this?" She stated "Then I would have to decline." Really, when this is my money and my insurance benefits?!! I told her that "For that amount of money, I could use it on part of our vacation or on my family, and I would have to think about it and I don't spend that kind of money on myself. Besides, I only need them to drive at night, and I do not sit behind a computer for hours, and I currently do not work." We took our business to Vision Works in December of 2017. We were told there that single vision glasses do not require any special materials nor frames. They received numerous unsatisfied customer's from Camino Eye Care in that last week. Needless to say, they lost our continued business, as well as others.

The staff are very polite. I really like the doctors here. One thing I have.noticed is that those putting drops in eyes do not wear gloves nor do those touching around the eye area. This is odd to me. Even though they are located in Sun City ( the office I take my husband) it is very awkward to maneuver a wheelchair in the office. Waiting rooms in particular really don’t have it set up for wheelchairs when it starts getting crowded. Nevertheless I am really fond of Dr Patel. She seems very caring and sincere.

I showed up 15 minutes early as requested. Was not called in for my exam till 30 minutes after my appointment time. The staff is all excellent and Dr. Patel is awesome . But did not appreciate the wait.

Normally, I do not write referrals because I feel that many/most are either overdone or “paid for” by the authors. With that said, I am writing this review for Dr. Parminderpal Singh (Dr. P. Singh) as both a thank you and recommendation for his professional services and help with my eye treatments. I first met Dr. P. Singh when I had a very serious right eye infection after removing mistletoe growth from palo verde trees around my property. I have been a contact wearer for over 40 years, and got what we believe was a fungal infection in my eye. By the time I scheduled an eye exam, my eye was abscessed and had what Dr. P. Singh identified as a serious cornea ulcer infection. He prescribed three treatment medications and saw me every other day until the infection cleared up. Treatment was paid through Medicare, and his staff processed paperwork without incident. I revisited Dr. P. Singh a few weeks later for an eye exam, and evaluation of dry eye symptoms and cataract issues. Two dry eye and three replacement lens implant options were discussed, and I had the dry eye treatment that same visit, and scheduled cataract surgery for the next two weeks. I am happy to say all treatment/surgeries went exactly as Dr. P. Singh discussed, and I am now seeing 20/25 in both eyes, and more importantly, without contacts or readers (I can read w/o correction for the first time in ~20 years). Dr. Singh has a great gift for listening and answering questions, and as well is a gifted surgeon and doctor. His support staff are all professional and courteous, and process insurance and Medicare claims w/o difficulty. My overall recommendation of Dr. Singh is a 5 star rating; I have zero negative comments of him or his staffs’ performance, and strongly recommend Dr. P. Singh for other patients' needs!

I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Parminderpal Singh and I cannot express my appreciation enough for the outstanding level of care I received. Dr. Singh is not just a five-star doctor; he is an amazing example of attentiveness, expertise, and genuine concern for his patients. He is an exceptional professional who pays meticulous attention to every detail and issue faced by his patients. Their staff is welcoming & efficient and work in tandem with Dr. Singh. They did everything possible to schedule both my husband and I together to save us additional trips to his office. One of the highlights of my experience with Dr. Singh was his groundbreaking approach to addressing chronic dry eyes. His innovative use of IPL and Lipiflow technology is very effective. Under this treatment plan, I saw a significant improvement in my condition, and for that I am extremely grateful. Furthermore, I underwent laser surgery on my right eye, which initially caused some concern due to unexpected vision after-effects. However, Dr. Singh went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. He diligently followed up with me, scheduling four additional visits to monitor my progress and address any lingering concerns. What truly amazed me was when he took the time to personally call me on a Sunday, just to check on my recovery. Such genuine care and dedication are rare to find in today's medical field, and it made all the difference in my healing process. Dr. Singh is more than just an ophthalmologist; he is a true advocate for his patients' well-being. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to exceptional care make him a standout in his field. I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking top-tier ophthalmological treatment. Thank you, Dr. Singh for being an exceptional doctor and for allowing me to experience a large improvement with my dry eye issues. In summary, if you are looking for an ophthalmologist who goes above and beyond, providing outstanding care and using cutting-edge technology, look no further than this doctor.

Dr. Singh is remarkably talented. I went in for a diabetic eye exam and was also treated for dry eyes and some bruising as well as cataracts. He is thorough, diligent and efficient. His staff is also those things. I’ve never had to wait long, which is important to me.
