This place is amazing. Right when we first walked in the staff was amazing all smiles and helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.... and explained throughly. I would highly recommend this office. The doctor explained everything in detail.

I usually dread going to eye appointments, only because it’s been an ongoing process over the last six months. I recently moved from Akron/Cleveland, Ohio, and have been pleasantly surprised by the welcoming reception from everyone! Summit Eye Surgeons did not disappoint me either! The.wonderful smiling faces as you enter the door tell the whole story! I was treated with respect, consideration, genuine care and concern from all of the staff! I am confident the eye exam and the equipment used is state of the art with knowledge technicians. Remember, I have been through multiple exams like these because of different problems with my eyes. I speak from experience, and I’m not bragging.😂 I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr. Jacob Koczman, who actually took time to explain everything in language I could understand. It doesn’t stop after the doctor. You also get a thorough explanation of what else to expect from the medication and lenses that will be used for your eyes, the day of surgery and follow up exams. No surprise on expense either, you know right up front what, if any, your out of pocket expense will be! I call this the full cycle approach to healthcare! No surprises and a.pleasant experience with happy people! You can tell they love their job! What more could a patient ask for!🥰❤️. I can’t wait for surgery! Dr. Singh is amazing! He performed cataract surgery in both my eyes and gave me 20/20 vision. He is a great surgeon and a great man, in my opinion. He and his staff are just wonderful in all ways.

I would like to thank Dr. Karie Holloway for finding a problem with my eye. Her professionalism is and knowledge is outstanding. She even called me back on a day off to make sure I knew the urgency of of my problem. I owe my sight to her. The staff when ordering my glasses were also very helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Hands down, Dr. Daniel is one of the best eye doctors Iv been to in the last 30 years. As someone who has worn glasses/contacts since I was 10 years old, he was thorough, explained everything he was doing in real time and adjusted my prescription to give more clarity in my sight than I have had since I was in my 20’s. There truly is no reason to go see anyone else. Dr. Daniel is as good they come!

Dr. Daniel H. was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Exam moved at a great pace, but he explained everything as he went. Hands down best eye exam I have had in decades. And the price for high quality service? Less than half the nearby competition. Go here, you will be glad you did.

I have been going to Eyes West for a number of years because of the excellent service quality provided; inclusive of the thorough eye exam from Dr Sarah to the service provided by Scott when fitting from the latest styles of glass frames with the newest technology for the lenses. Dr Sarah identified high eye pressure in my eyes prior to any damage occurring from glaucoma. Every time I get a new prescription it is amazing how great my vision is. Dr Sarah shows comparison from existing to the new prescription. Subtle change makes a big difference. Scott has always stood behind the glasses that he provides.
