I've been seeing Dr. Sarah for a few years. I have some issues with my eyes that can only be handled by an oculoplastic surgeon. When the original Dr. she referred me to couldn't take me in a reasonable amount of time she referred me to a different surgeon whos time table was only slightly better than the first doctor. Upon hearing she referred me, the second doctor took me much earlier and I was able to get the issue resolved almost immediately. I'm so blessed to have found her for a doctor. I appreciate the kindness they have shown me with all the issues I seem to be having lately. Thank you!

I moved to Arizona for school out here. And as all of you should, I had to get my yearly eye exam in! I did a ton of research around my area and this specific office caught my eye.
I called in to ask them what insurances they accepted, how much their eye exams were, and if they were able to squeeze me in that same day (they did!).
Out of all the optometry offices I've been to, this was the only office that has ample parking! Searching for parking at a doctor's appointment is just something I don't want to deal with!
Scott greeted me with the most friendliest smile! He introduced himself, checked me in, and gave me a new patient form to fill out. As I was completing my form, Scott was extremely personable and made me feel very welcomed. Scott's laugh is contagious!! At the end of my appointment, I felt like this place was my home!
Kathleen got me started on pre-testing and was super sweet and gentle! She always has a huge smile and that made me feel very comfortable there.
Dr. Sarah Paikowsky is literally a hidden gem. I've never had such an amazing connection with a doctor before. Nowadays you see many doctors going in and out of patients' exam rooms every few minutes. This was not the case here. Although my appointment was roughly 30 minutes, Dr. Sarah stayed with me and was extremely thorough. She made sure I knew what she was talking about before I even left her office. She did an amazing job explaining what was going on with my eyes, gave me great suggestions on how to properly care for my eyes, and advice on what I should do to prevent my vision from getting worse. Dr. Sarah did something that nobody else does, and that was to show me my old prescription versus the new prescription. This clearly shows that it is a huge upgrade (bad thing for me because my vision got worse!), I can see 1000x better now!
While waiting for my appointment to see Dr. Sarah, I was able to experience how Scott and Kathleen mingled with their patients. The whole staff has been here for many many years. You can tell by the way their patients interacts with them. This office is a hidden gem!!! They are incredible and so genuine. You can tell how passionate they are at what they do. They have such AMAZING customer service. If only I can bring them with me back to California!!

Very poor customer service. Staff is unfriendly and always acts too busy to help you. Service is slow. Been twice...both times were not positive.

Manager Chris made ordering contacts a hassle. My girlfriend calls to get contacts, he says there is no insurance. She pays for it monthly and is a teacher. He does not offer to call the insurance (a normal thing to do) he intends to make her pay more and says there is nothing he can do. Seemed impatient. We call the insurance and and a nice representative politely informs us that she’s in the system- the lady at the insurance calls him to ask and he gets snippy with her apparently. So then she tells us the normal procedure is he ought to offer to call her - not make us do all the work for him. A simple “restart” of his computer evidently showed her in the system. I called to ask why all the trouble and he goes on a rant not allowing me a word in edgewise. I would recommend this gentleman calm down and get more customer oriented. We all get frustrated at times but this is not the way to handle it.

Took my daughter in for her first contact exam and fitting, she's been wearing glasses for a few years but now that she's old enough to wear contacts, I wanted to have her try them especially now that she's playing volleyball. She had 2 pair of glasses last year and both have been hit and damaged by something at school.
I set my appointment the week before, showed up on time. We were helped and went through the whole processes as expected. They are pretty busy and had 4 total people working the department doing the work of 6. I could hear the phone ringing with no answer, unsure if its optical or customer service that is setup right next to it.
Was a good experience, needed to be juggled in between other customers for each step of the processess but the wait wasnt bad

Upon entering the office for our appointments we were greeted kindly and all services rendered thereafter were great. The Dr. was amazing, reassuring, kind and professional. We could not be happier. We highly recommend their services.

Such nice people here! The ladies were kind enough to help me take out some lenses out of a pair of sunglasses I had bought secondhand. No charge and lots of smiles. Excellent experience great friendly customer service. You can feel that they really care and that’s the kind of place you want to take your business to !

Very good and wonderful service and the Doctor was very pleasant and very informative... I do recommend that when setting up an appointment for a patient that if you are going to ask the question at the time of appointment if they want the eye drops that's going to make their eyes blurry for about 2-3 hours maybe your should suggest they bring someone so they could drive you home before they come to their appointment. If I had been asked that question before I came to my appointment I could of been prepared and got my daughter or a friend to bring me....... Thank you

I really enjoyed my experience. Dr. Smith was nice, efficient and knowledgeable. The women in the front are amazing and so friendly. They are great with making sure your lenses are the best for you prescription and they are more than happy to help you pick a pair and most importantly they’re honest on how they look on you! Great service!

The doctor is great no complaints with her! However, the workers will scam you. I said I wanted the cheapest glasses because they will be my back ups & I also have contacts and was told the cheapest was $250, then I declined and all the sudden they were $10… not the first time something like that happened.

From start to finish my visit was great. All of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Smith was wonderful. She was thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I worked with Seth to order my eyeglasses. He explained everything and offered suggestions without being pushy, never trying to upsell me. The remodel made the office attractive and modern. 5/5 would recommend!
