Thank you Silva for answering all my questions. I requested an appointment time and date like nationwide vision asked you to do online. I received an email saying I would get a call in 24hrs! its has past 24hrs no calls, no emails,.BUT Silva says they did call but it's wired no miss calls, no voice-mail from nationwide vision doesn't companies like nationwide vision leave voicemail. I understand places get booked but really you can't call or even email and say we are sorry that time and day isn't available.

This is the worst place location to order glases, the personal work there act like they don't care nothing, i been waiting for call to pick up my daugther glases and they never their job, don't go there.

I went to see Dr.Eric Le for an eye exam in February of 2018 and It was a great experience. I called this year, as they started lifting the Pandemic "stay at home" orders, because I knew I needed to renew my prescription.
My experience with Gabby over the phone was so horrible, rather than book the appointment I figured I would just go somewhere else. It's a shame, because I liked Dr. Le. However, Gabby sounded like she truly just didn't care whether I came in or not, and sounded annoyed when I asked how appointments were being handled because of the pandemic. Best of luck.

Dr. Lee was amazing. My 5 year old son and I visited him to get our first eye exams. He made my son feel very well and took into consideration of my son's needs. He was very informative and provided any documentation requested. Great service and knowledge.

After my eye exam, I returned for a contact lens exam since Dr. Le informed me there were options to be able to see with contacts despite having astigmatism and wearing progressive lenses. By the third and last visit he was unable to find a pair of contacts that I could drive with or read with. So he stated I needed to wear this pair I was totally disoriented wearing and he prescribed two separate prescriptions for glasses for distance and reading to use with the contacts and said this was the best I could get. So I gave up on contacts. Then a change in insurance led me to go to Nationwide doctor who amazingly was able to give me the very first pair of contacts on visit one I could both read, drive and not feel any disorientation wearing. Why couldn't Dr. Le get me a correct pair at all?
I requested a refund and even sent him the Nationwide info to prove that I could successfully wear a pair of contacts without glasses that met all my needs. Of course, he never responded!

Wonderful service. We were running pretty behind for our 3 children’s appointment and called in advance to make them aware. The ladies here were so understanding and graciously accepted us nearly 30 minutes late. We are so thankful for their, patience, kindness, and efficiency.

I’ve been going to this location since I was 12 years old. Over the years, everyone that has worked here has been lovely and easy to work with. I just recently had an exam and got frames, and the front desk employees were all so kind and helpful. They even helped me pick out frames that suited my face. I loved the doctor, she is very thorough and informed me of issues with my eyes. This location is very LGBTQIA+ friendly and respects each patient. My mom goes here as well and she loves this location and her new frames. Thanks Nationwide Vision for helping us with everything and we’ll be coming back for years to come!

I have been going here for a very long time and this location has went downhill. We gave them our insurance information and they did not bill it correctly nor tell us the correct amount we would owe when we purchased the glasses 4 months later we're getting a large bill. Now we can't get it resolved with the billing dept because they are temporarily closed.

Dr Holt was awesome, if the survey was just about him, he'd get 5 stars. He took his time & explained stuff, great bedside manor. The girls in the front are a different story, I would give them a zero if I could. They are rude, argumentative (ie the lady checking us out claim they had no idea about the 50% off for the retinal image. She charged my wife full price even when asked about it), not knowledgeable regarding insurance - she had no clue what my premiums were even with the printed paper in front of her, attempted to charge mea medical copay vs vision copay.

They are overpriced and not helpful. When I picked up my very expensive glasses they handed me a bag with my glasses. They did make sure they fit, no adjustments, nothing.
I will go back to Costco, better service, and a lot less expensive.
