Stopped in because my glasses broke while visiting Phoenix. A very pleasant Gentleman repaired them with a smile and a complimentary wave. Thank you, Sir! I'm happy to offer this review. The suite is very welcoming and I saw some pretty cool Jimmy Choo frames!

I had a total of 5 people helping me through the entire process and they all were very nice and professional. The only 2 issues I had was it took 13-14 days for my new glasses to arrive. And I got confused as in whether or not I had a 1 year warranty (for scratches, etc.) on my new glasses. On the first visit an employee said I did but when I asked about it on my last visit, to pick up my glasses, another different employee said I only did if I bought the added protection. And I looked and my paperwork said $0 on that line. Well bummer! Anyway, Shannon greatly helped me along the way on my 1st visit. Special thanks!!

By far the absolute BEST location you can go to. Everyone, from the minute you check in to your doctor and then checking out. Every single employee at this Talking Srick location has been PHENOMENAL! Super helpful, welcoming and truly care for you from their heart. My daughters and I have been coming to this location for over 2 years now and it's not the closest one to us but we make the drive for the service! Hands down THE BEST! 💗

After a horrible experience at lenscrafters at arrowhead, I went to America's best in Scottsdale. I had the best experience ever! everyone there was super helpful and friendly. I got a really nice pair of glasses and contacts for $400 with my insurance. Way better deal Than what LensCrafters was trying to push on me. I will always go back to America's Best.

I had my first eye exam with Dr. Kessler today. The experience from beginning to end was exactly how you would want an appointment to be. The entire staff was openly friendly, with each one of the women greeting me with a hello when I entered. The paperwork was easy and to the point. The exam was professional and exceptionally thorough from the tech who did the initial screening (thank you so much for answering all my questions!) to Dr. Kessler himself. He is friendly and approachable and I didn't feel hesitant to ask questions. He explained everything he did (and WHY, which is just as important to me), along with my results, and his directions to me on my contact wear were concise and easy to understand. They even had an option to have my contacts shipped to my house, saving me a trip back to the office. Although I primarily wear contacts, their frame selection is AMAZING...there's so many fun/colourful/tasteful styles they carry, you don't see the same 4 styles of frame over and over again just with different brand logos on them. As someone who thinks glasses should be an accessory like jewelry, having such a wide range in options is refreshing and welcome. Thank you Dr. Kessler and staff for an enjoyable morning!

Dr. Kessler and his staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. I had such a positive experience that from the moment I entered, I immediately felt welcomed and knew that I was in excellent care. In addition, their office was very clean, organized and they used the highest quality in eye care products. I am so glad that I made the change to Dr. Kessler as my optometrist.

I have been a patient of Maury Kessler for over a decade. He and his staff are professional, and curtious. He takes time to explain and answer questions, as do each of the employees whether part of the exam or eyeglass fitting. I recommend him to all my co-workers, and I am aware of at least one co-worker that changed eye care insurance to remain under Dr. Kessler's care.

If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would. I had to reschedule an appointment due to an unannounced change in my schedule. I called hoping for a next day appointment since there were many slots available. The receptionist spoke to me so rudely and condescending while trying to schedule a time and absolutely made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Let's not forget that patients are what get you paid. As a receptionist, your customer service is EVERYTHING to a new patient. Absolutely disgusting.
