The negative: It's crowded and there is quite a bit of waiting.
The positive: the technology is state of the art. The personnel are highly trained, extremely pleasant, and know exactly what they are doing. If there is a problem, they will discover it and explain it in a comprehensible manner. The excellent results more than justify the slight inconveniences. They will let your primary care doctor know what they're doing, too. You really can't go wrong here.

I saw Dr. Duong today.. She is an excellent Dr. and I really appreciated the time she took to explain things. In addition, the technicians and assistants were excellent. They each listened to my input and were just nice. I don't believe they all gave me their names, but Jasmine was the first to start with preliminary evaluations and she was very patient. The only "bad" part of the visit was that it took a long time. But it was a very busy morning, and even with that, my time with technicians and Dr. Duong were not rushed, so well worth the wait. Thank you to the team.

My family has seen Dr Baird for several years and we always enjoy our visits to his office. The office is welcoming and comfortable and the people are friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed to hear that Dr Baird is no longer able to see many of his patients due to his growing clientele at West Valley Dry Eye. Per his recommendation, we scheduled my son with Dr Moore instead. She was equally fantastic and we received the same great care we’ve come to expect at The Village Eye Care. The doctor and techs were great and the opticians helped my son find the perfect pair of glasses - a great experience all around!

The staff was nice but it felt a little too car salesy to me. With the ability to buy lenses and glasses online now they need to step up their game with frames and pricing. It’s also weird that you see the doctor for 5% of your visit and that’s it.

My first visit there and I am favorably impressed! Elizabeth, Andrea, Claudia, and Melinda are very helpful and personable. Dr. Moore is thorough and patient as she explains things, as well as asking me questions.
I felt my eyes were well cared for!
Thank you.

This would of be been a 5 until today. The staff is always great and normally would have great experiences with Drs.
Dr López gave such a poor experience I almost left without making any purchases. He isn’t thorough with his explanations. He rushed the appointment and couldn’t give complete answers to my questions. “I need to do the numbers”, which is opposite of last experiences. He seemed more concerned about ending the appointment. He also had my husband retake an image due to a concerning spot and never circled back to confirm if it was good or not. There is a level of arrogance that needs to be addressed in their development and patient care. I decided to go ahead and make my purchase for glasses because this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had and I do appreciate the rest of the team. Rationalized that one bad experience doesn’t have to mean it’s over. Although I will never book another appointment while Dr Lopez is in office and I do have concerns that my new perception will be accurate because my last two visits have been spot on.

Dr Lopez is why this is a 3, and I only know his name because I had to ask the receptionist who he was. He didn’t introduce himself and this felt like a minute clinic, no questions and get in and get out. The rest of the team is always amazing and appreciate their service. They are thorough and always address all my questions and/or concerns. Making sure I fully understand what my insurance covers vs out of pocket. It’s a shame that the person who should be an example of leadership, did not show up that way. Zero patient relationship building skills with this Dr. The rest of team
deserve recognition for keeping my business.

Dr.Lopez was amazing he answered all my concerns! The manager in front desk lady were so nice and helped me choose the perfect frame. It’s always hard for me to find something that looks good and fits but they did so well! I will always be coming back here!

My son had eye surgery to remove a cyst by Dr Plotnik on the 4-19..days later the same sized cyst is still there. After 2 days the swelling was completely gone. He still has the SAME huge knot on his eye. A quick 10 min surgery did NOT remove the cyst. 4900 bucks for what? Only to put my son through this again and be re charged. UNREAL! Fast talking dr and not attentive. Money hungry and did not have quality care. Back to the drawing board and more trauma on his eye.

I can only say I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Plotnik at all. My daughter’s vision case is very delicate and he didn’t took the best approach to improve her vision. If anything, it got worse. I won’t go into details cuz I wouldn’t even know where to begin and at this point it really doesn’t matter anymore. Please do your research before you decide on any surgery/treatment with him as is a money hungry doctor.
UPDATE: Due to all the mistakes this doctor did, my daughter now needs a cornea transplant.

I’ve been going to Dr. Plotnik for almost 2 years now. Office is always clean and staff members have always been friendly! No complaints here!
