Dr. Randall Tozer and several of his associates have been taking care of my now 72-year old eyes for the better part of the last thirty years. Every visit to his office over those years has been perfectly handled. I can't recommend this practice highly enough!

I had a wonderful experience meeting Dr. Lee. She was referred to me by a friend and it was the best call I ever made. I have had issues with eczema of the eyes for the past 2 years. My dermatologist couldn’t figure it out so my friend suggest I see Dr. Lee. She prescribed ointment for my eyes and they cleared up within 48 hours. I can’t believe how the skin around my eyes looks normal now. I have had to deal with red, swollen extremely dry skin. All thanks to Dr. Lee and everyone at Tozer Eye Center. Keep up the great work. Both my son and I have seen Dr. Anderson. He was attentive, patient and thorough with his exams. We worked with Ashley to find the perfect glasses! She was knowledgeable and offered honest feedback on our choices and truly made the experience go so smoothly! They were quick to let us know when our glasses were ready for pickup and Ashley made sure they didn’t need any adjustments before we left. Everyone in the office welcomed us with a smile. Office and all equipment was clean and you can really tell everyone takes pride in working there. Absolutely recommend!

On August 22nd, I ordered lenses for 3 pairs of glasses following an update to my prescription. First, one of the opticians entered the order wrong for 2 or the 3 lenses, so when they arrived about 3 weeks later, they had to figure out what went wrong and reorder them. Then, about 2 more weeks went by and I got a text that they were ready, so I drove 30 minutes to pick them up, only to find out that the text was sent by mistake and they still had not even placed the re-order. It has now been over 7 weeks since I ordered these lenses and I have no idea when they will be received. For the past 7 days I've been reaching out for an update and cannot get a response. In the meantime, I took my prescription to Lens Crafters a few weeks ago to have another pair of Ray Ban sunglasses updated, and in just 6 days I had progressive lenses back and had no issues whatsoever.

I had a great experience at Arcadia Eyecare. Ashley F was fantastic. I had so much fun trying on glasses with her and picking out the perfect pair. But then something weird happened- when I got my new glasses, there was something about them I didn’t like. I felt bad going back and saying that I didn’t like my new glasses, but Ashley was wonderful. She helped me find another frame that worked with the lenses I had purchased, and now I have fun, purple glasses that I love. Arcadia Eyecare has a very good selection of cool frames to choose from. Prior to picking out glasses, I had an eye exam with Dr. J Anderson, and he was also great to work with. I highly recommend this locally owned business to anyone and everyone.

A 10:30 appointment time should be honored. It is 12:15 and they just called my client back. It is sad if you are 15min late they will turn you away. But being on time doesn't count for anything.

It was my first time with BDP Eye Center and I was extremely impressed. Think I'll have all my records sent to them and start with a new Doctor there.

Dr. Moore has taken my needs seriously! He listens very carefully to me describing my symptoms. I receive empathy and feel validated by him! Thanks for helping me get me through my Tepezza Journey and for always giving me honest advice. It makes it so easy to trust you! Oh and this is the cleanest facility I've been to! I was surprised to see it was just as clean as the other 2 facilities I've been to for Dr. Moore. Us with auto immune diseases really appreciate the attention to cleanliness! Recently we've decided to potentially do an Orbital Decompression surgery for my eyes. I told him yes and he said to wait it out 3 months to decide. He's definitely not here just to take your money. Dr Mancha is brilliant, compassionate and thorough. Completely delightful. Her staff is also amazing. We have been patients for a long time. Thank you!

Dr Mancha is fabulous. If you have dry eyes, she is the absolute best! In fact all the folks working there are incredibly nice, considerate and professional. My whole family are patients here.
