We went from the glasses were picked up on 11/1 to the glasses were never ordered...Horrible customer service and communication skills...Their system is always down and instead of finding solutions to the problems the manager Zach would rather threaten to expire an already expired prescription. Zach got cursed out over the phone today because he wasn't looking to rectify the situation, instead he wanted to argue about a phone call/text that wasn't made or sent. Zach and his staff failed to communicate that payment for services under a warranty was needed before he could order glasses from their system that was down...The management style is unacceptable and disappointing. I hope Zach actually finds a career/job he genuinely enjoys. Will never return to this establishment again.

Zachary is friendly and nice. I ordered glasses and contacts and received a message for my glasses but did not realize I got another message for the contacts an hour later. I left work early to pick them up and was given just the glasses and I asked if they got the contacts and was told rudely no I will get a message when they where actually in.

Personal expert optometry close to home with three convenient locations. Knowledgeable technicians explain every action, very happy I could get an inexpensive retinal scan with their new machine! Love my optometrist Dr. Shapiro, friendly and answers all of my questions, never makes me feel silly for asking. Great selection of frames and contacts. I've been a happy customer, with diabetes and astigmatism, for years.

I really love this eye office - everyone is super nice, they have the machine that replaces having to have your eyes dilated, easy parking and overall great customer service. I also appreciate that they will accept my insurance.

Incredible Doctors and a great selection of frames with all kinds of options. Optical Expressions is filled with positive and professional employees and when your ordered glasses do arrive it feels like they are giving you the white glove service when they take you back and do the final fitting. I look forward to my annual check up here.

I made an appointment for my son. I got a text that confirmed his appointment time as 825 am. We got there at 816 am. When we went in we were told he missed his appointment time of 810 am. I told the lady that we had a confirmation text. She said the text was wrong. She said she called an left a voicemail. I have not received a voicemail. Also, I use a wheelchair. There is no wheelchair ramp for their store. You have to go a couple stores away for a ramp. So in conclusion, if you are going there be sure to call and check your appointment time and be aware of the extra movement if you use a mobility device.

The workers here are so nice and attend you really really well. They were really kind and helped me on everything. The doctors attended me amazing and everything was clean and organized. I truly recommend going here everyone is super nice and my experience was amazing!

Dr. Hollenbach has been my optometrist for 5+ years. During this time she and her team have provided consistent high quality and professional customer service! Her assistant Brandon and long time office manager Donna, are the best; they are definitely a huge part of Scottsdale Eye Care’s success.

Dr. Hollenbach is the absolute best and she has a very caring and wonderful staff. She will spend a considerable amount of time with each patient, genuinely caring about each and every person. She is extremely conscientious regarding the patient's medical history and she is fantastic with children. She just performed annual eye exams on our whole family and spent almost two hours with us, ensuring everyone was satisfactorily taken care of. Dr. Hollenbach is a gem and her staff is equally as exceptional. It is very rare to find a wonderful doctor like Dr. Hollenbach in today's fast-paced world.
