This is by far the best experience I think I’ve ever had getting my eyes examined. The doctor was absolutely amazing and attentive. I have never felt that an optometrist has worked this hard to fine-tune things for the best prescription possible. I also want to complement the young man who helped me check out and get my frames fitted properly. He was an exceptionally polite and professional young man who went out of his way to ensure I had a great customer experience. Extremely satisfied customer.

Lovely service on behalf of Dr. Maldonado! I have brought my family to see her as well and love how inclusive this optical clinic is for the hispanic community! Amazing experience with detailed explanation of my eyes health! I’ll definitely stick with her for my eye needs.

Dr. Maldonado is the best she always gives me great service. The associate Christopher was amazing not only was he training a new employee he was also helping guest. My check out was not the best and did take a long time but I understand with the high volume and new employees it can get a little hectic.

I’ve been visiting optometrists for 25 years of my life across three different states. Urban Eyecare is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m lucky to have found their offices when I moved to Phoenix. I’ve been a patient for about two years now and visited both downtown and uptown locations. Both offices are lovely and demonstrate attention to detail and elevated design sensibility. The customer service is top notch and the doctor is the best. Truly! He takes time and care with his patients while offering very clear explanations and making the process quick and pleasant. I will continue to come here for as long as I live in Arizona!

Staff was AWESOMESAUCE!! They made the eye exam and choosing of frames quick and painless. The exam itself was quick and very hi-tech. Jason was extremely professional but approachable as well, which allowed me to relax while he explained each test and the results for me. Allison was a real gem by helping me choose frames ahead of time and being extremely knowledgeable about the materials used, being fashion forward as well working with me on allowing me to use my FSA to pay for my visit and selections. I think I've finally found my go to provider for years to come.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Urban eye care, everyone was wonderful. They definitely went above and beyond for me.I was impressed with their selection and different styles that I was able to choose from. I was able to find the perfect glasses. I will definitely be a customer again

First time in today - Dr. Jenna was both thorough and knowledgeable! I feel like I know more about my eye health than I ever did before. She was able to assess my known issues immediately while making recommendations for key indicators of glaucoma that I had never known about. I went out and bought some sunglasses and will be taking steps to prevent this issue. I found their front desk team very friendly and accommodating as well. Jakeem and Jason were awesome to work with. Took my measurements, helped me with my frame adjustments and got me in and out better and faster than anywhere else I've experienced. Will be back!

Dr Jenna and her staff are exceptional. They worked me in for a last-minute visit. Dr Jenna made me feel like the most important patient that she had. She took time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. She called to relay some lab results. I missed the call and I called back and left a message. She called back after hours that same day to make sure to alleviate any concerns and stress that I was undergoing. I can’t thank her enough for the first class treatment that I received.

I have been through a couple of eye examinations during my life. My experience with Dr Jenna was the best I ever had .... first time ever that an opthamologist actually takes the time to exactly explain the conditions of your eyes, show you visually the tests and just gives your overall the best service possible. There is a confidence and professionalism in what she does giving the patient faith in the consultation. Thank you Dr Jenna - you are the best!

By far the rudest bunch there. My second visit, I overhear staff making fun of a customer that had just left. Katie being one of them and also Zack and another lady who I have no idea what her name is but worked at the front desk. The ophthalmologist always nice and friendly no complaints. His staff otherwise not so friendly. Ordered contacts was given the wrong . And instead of them calling and apologizing for the confusion and asked for them to be returned, so they could correct it. I get blamed for why the order was incorrect. Poor customer service. Would definitely never recommend coming to this location because of poor staff.
