I am looking for a new eye doctor. Just say on hold for 12 mins only to be hung up on during the hold. Maybe not the best way for new customers to be treated.

The doctor here is absolutely rude. He was really frustrated with me because I couldn’t answer the questions he was asking me and I was trying to explain to him but he just didn’t wanna hear it from me. So unprofessional and rude. And of course the manager wasn’t their to assist us so we just walked out. How can they provide services if they are so unhappy with themselves and try and take it out on clients. Never going back again.

Took my kids last week the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Had my appointment and was out within an hour and a half. So I don't know why people are saying the staff is rude or the wait time is long ive never had that problem coming here. Everyone that we talked to was very nice and even helped my son fix his old pair of frames while we waited to be seen. Love this location and all the staff. 🙂

If I can give this location a 0 I will. They are rude, never answer phones. They won't greet you when you walk in there location. You can never get ahold of the Manager there. When I ask to talk to her they tell me she not there and give me her next scheduled when she there. But when I go to talk to her on her next shift she never even there. To top it off I have to deal with the worse assistant Manager his name is Michael, who has the work attitude ever. Never fixes my problem, give me attitude when I need something to get fix. But yet I can get charged up to $400 for a pair of glasses , but can't fix them if there something wrong with them. Has no customer service what so ever. I can't believe he is still there. I had to go to another store to get my stuff fix, which could of been done there with no questions ask. Like the location at 57ave and Northern. The Manager there is name Donna, she fix my problem fast like the other location was supposed too.I wish some will get ahold of me ASAP.

My eye exams were done very thoroughly by a very knowledgeable, experienced and caring person named Ruby. She took care to make sure I was comfortable. She did so many tests on my eyes that I had never had before. Then, I saw Dr. Cassidy and he explained everything about the different types of surgery I could have. He explained what the outcome would be with each type of surgery. All the staff was very good, especially Gina. Thank you so much.

My mother has been a patient for many years and has always had great care. She now has dementia and the staff is so kind, patient and compassionate. The tech that helped her today was absolutely wonderful from answering the same questions many times to explaining each test. Thank you all.

Thank You Dr. Cassidy & Team... As of today.. 15 months to the day {of a detached retina crises), I can finally see fully. Like from watching TV in the dark to turning on the lights :-) I am amazed how I can read the signs like across a store, street signs etc. I am not sure of the lessons why life took me through this.. I know it has once again humbled me... making me so grateful & thankful to God for to see today. A month ago I kept saying I am happy to have the sight I had... Even then, I didn't realize just how much I was missing. Today I give Gratitude & Thanks to you & your staffs professional help :-) Jeff

I am convinced that nobody works here. Been calling, to be put on hold for over 30 minutes which automatically takes you to leave a voice. Left multiple voice mails and submitted their online request appointment forms. Have yet received any communication, not even an automated email to let me know that my online forms are submitted.

Trying to get someone on the phone is a terrible experience. Got someone named Yolanda to pick up after 20 minutes of waiting only to be hung up on. Then called back and was on hold for an hour and a half until I just gave up. The billing department spelled my name wrong and I had some question about my insurance coverage for my son but I guess I will have to go there in person to deal with this issue since no one wants to answer.

The wait time is absolutely horrible. I had an appointment at 1:50 PM. My daughter is called back and then her and my wife are waiting another hour just to get her eyes dilated. Add another 20 minutes she has to wait once that happens and you can see how frustrating this becomes. This is an hour plus with out even being seen to discuss her issue at all. This is absolutely frustrating how long it takes just to get in and out of your appointment.

Upscale office, professional well trained staff, state of the art technology. Beautiful and wide selection of eye ware to choose from. Although I didn't get hired for the position with this lovely clinic, the next time I need an eye exam I know where I'm going. Accent Eye Care
