Dr. Lee was the worse physician I have come in contact with EVER. I worked at Johns Hopkins for 12 years & never experienced such a uninformative, heartless, no caring just absolutely horrible physician. Absolutely no bedside manner. I was disappointed with my care plan that was NEVER completed. He basically said you can’t be helped. Well I immediately left the office & made another appointment. They told me to come right over. I did & treatment starts Monday.

The doctors here are great. I’ve been going here for 5 years. Be prepared to spend 2 to 4 hours here as they perform several tests on your eyes. The only problems that I have encountered is with their voice mail system. It takes forever to get an actual person on the phone when you need to let them know that you might be late or have to change an appointment due to illness, etc.

Dr. Davis and the team of therapist are true professionals. We were referred to Dr. Davis as my child was having reading difficulties. We used to think they rubbed his eyes to get out of reading. No, their eyes were getting exhausted from how hard they were working.
Their eyes were not converging together - to work together to read. It wasn’t obvious to us because the movement was quick and small. But when it occurs over and over again - it’s gets tiresome.
The therapist worked with my child to strengthen their eyes. The improvement is noticeable - they are not getting tired as quickly while in school or doing homework, reading has become more fluent, they are actually catching balls while playing catch! We now understand why baseball was so hard after T-ball.
Your child can be 20/20 but that isn’t telling you the whole story. If your child has reading problems - the vision needs to be strong before you can focus on the phonics side of the issue. Dr. Davis has an assessment. Do that and go from there.

Yana has been working with our eight year old son for approximately 16 sessions. We are definitely seeing progress with the most exciting being an increased interest in reading everything around him and trying to write and spell without being asked to. Yana has demonstrated great patience in getting to known our son and has done a fabulous job establishing rapport and developing a trusting relationship with him. We look forward to seeing continued progress and helping our son be able to learn and grow even more!

I have been extremely satisfied with the staff, my doctor, Dr. Carlyle and my therapist Cindy. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. So far I have had 9 sessions with Cindy and my vision has improved tremendously. She identified the exercises that I needed to do and worked with me to make my therapy sessions so successful. At age 62, I am so happy with the progress that I have made. My success is the result of selecting VA Vision Therapy, Dr Carlyle and especially Cindy. Peggy

I needed assistance in selecting new glasses. April, the technician was extremely helpful. Most of all , her professional demeanor toward customers was so refreshing. In today's society, that level of service is so rare. Thank you April.

First time receiving care here and they did not disappoint. The receptionist was friendly and personable. Dr. White was very knowledgeable and they were timely.

Jennifer is amazing. She took a lot of time to make sure to understand the situation I am with my glasses. It is very hard for someone with my prescription to find decent looking frames. Not only was she patient and friendly, she was professional and courteous. She even made sure I was called back when my doctor did not send my prescription within adequate time just to make sure i was not forgotten. All I have to say is she also will not be forgotten for how amazing she did. It’s rare to find good customer service but it is impossible to find great which is what she is. The vision center is blessed to have her. Thanks again for turning this into a great experience.

Wonderful customer service at America’s Best! I was greeted and taken care of at the start of coming in. Julius was very helpful and took care of my son’s broken glasses in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Wonderful service. Thank you✨

Went in for just an exam to get an updated prescription so I could order special contacts for a performance and ended up being there for over 3 hours. At the 3 hour marker, when I thought the I was finally going to get my prescription and be able to leave, I was informed that my prescription will not be done until I come back to pick up the trial lenses the doctor wanted to switch me to. I was not informed of that rule while in the office with the doctor. This added to not only the ridiculous amount of time that I was in there, but was also incredibly frustrating to find this out when I think this is finally coming to end. I would not recommend this location unless you have an entire day to spare because you won’t be getting out of here in a timely manner.
