Went in for just an exam to get an updated prescription so I could order special contacts for a performance and ended up being there for over 3 hours. At the 3 hour marker, when I thought the I was finally going to get my prescription and be able to leave, I was informed that my prescription will not be done until I come back to pick up the trial lenses the doctor wanted to switch me to. I was not informed of that rule while in the office with the doctor. This added to not only the ridiculous amount of time that I was in there, but was also incredibly frustrating to find this out when I think this is finally coming to end. I would not recommend this location unless you have an entire day to spare because you won’t be getting out of here in a timely manner.

I needed to get my eye exam and I stepped into Dr McGuire's office this morning just to look. He himself came over to say hello, super pleasant and very nice. Dean, the optician took me as a walk in and it was one of THE BEST eye exams I've ever had. He was quick, professional, and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable as well. The staff was amazing and they took great care of me. I will bring my kids and partner here soon. Great experience :)

My husband had his eye exam yesterday at Harmony Optical. The doctor was great and the eye glass specialist were very nice. The reason we are giving the “2” rating is We came back to Harmony Optical the very next day hoping to change the frames that my husband ordered to a different style and were told it was too late and that once the button was pushed it was submitted to our insurance and to the eye glass lab so my husband will be stuck with glasses he does not want (even though it will be up until 2 weeks for them to come in) so they have absolutely no return policy or concern for making sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase from start to finish. Afterwards we went to LensCrafters and ordered another pair that we had to pay in full minus their 30 percent sale discount but then they even adjusted some glasses for us that weren’t purchased from there… from here out we be buying our glasses from LensCrafters … sad to say to we won’t be buying anything else from a harmony Optical … so bottom line the people are nice but the return or refund policy is non-existent so buyer beware!

Convenient, caring, courteous, professionals with SPECIAL EXPERTISE!! This was an unplanned visit on an emergency basis for glasses repairs. I was referred here from another eyeglass/vision place after the first place I went to said they didn't fix them and didn't know who could. The second vision center that I tried sent me here because this place has tools and experience to fix the kind of glasses I have, rimless with "drill mounts" where tiny screws go through the lenses. And, sure enough, I was promptly helped by a friendly fellow named Dean, who was knowledgeable and quickly fixed them, and told me how to keep it from happening again! I haven't had an eye exam in 3 years because of the pandemic, so I asked about an appointment, and the welcoming receptionist named Harmony said they had just had a cancellation, and gave me the paperwork! Mind you, this was during their lunch hour! A nice lady named Amanda did my initial exam, after carefully cleaning the equipment in front of me. The whole place was squeaky clean and neatly organized. Then I met Dr McGuire, a pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable professional who did a thorough exam, with a lot of educational explanation about the findings. All in less than an hour! Overall, an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them!

I'm not usually the type to leave bad reviews, however my experience today was terrible. I arrived to my appointment about 10mins early, which was scheduled at 10am. I was greeted and when I approached the desk, I told the young lady with glasses that I have an appointment at 10am. She explained to me that I have to pay $100-$180 out of pocket for my contact exam, and that my insurance only covers an allowance towards contacts, or only covers a regular eyeglass exam. I explained to her that doesn't sounds right because I came last year and my insurance picked up the exam and contacts purchased. She told me that nothing has changed since last year and quickly handed me a clipboard asking for my signatures. It was 9:55am at that point. I told her "let me call my provider real quick and get some clarity". She told me "well the doctor won't see you after 10am", after demanding for my signatures a second time. I told her "then cancel my appointment and have a blessed day". After a discussion with my insurance about my coverage and my previous appointment from the year before, nothing has changed and the exam is covered. I then got a list of other offices and I scheduled an appointment with another office. I recommend you train your front desk people a bit better and have better customer service as well. I will no longer recommend this office to anyone.

****FINAL UPDATE 10/24/23 - DO NOT GO HERE!!! This business is a complete joke and unorganized. After trying to give them the benefit of the doubt assuming they may have been converting systems for online appointments etc that were possibly not coinciding with the in store office, I’ve been contacted only to now be told they do not accept our insurance ALTHOUGH it was given/uploaded over a month ago when I initially scheduled. The fact I’ve had to waste over a month for these appointments only to now have to look for another eye doctor is just absurd. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE NO STARS FOR MY FINAL REVIEW. ****UPDATE 10/18/23 - I was contacted by a Customer Solution Representative whom was very pleasant. I explained to her the issue we had for our scheduled appointment, as well as provided the screenshot of our confirmed appointment text received by their systems for our appointment the day prior. She was able to document this to forward to their I.T. Team & hopefully they are able to resolve the system issue that is not properly corresponding correctly. She was also able to offer our account a credit for both accounts on our upcoming appointments. I do appreciate that they heard our concern & wanting to empathize with us for the inconvenience that is definitely a plus & I have raised my 1star to 2stars. Hopefully a better star rating can be given upon our upcoming appointment experience. **** Looked forward to two of my kids going to this eye doctor that we scheduled appointments for weeks ago… UNTIL we arrived prior to our appointment time only to be told they canceled both of their appointments because they did not get verbal confirmation that we were were still coming when they tried calling our number on file. I even showed that I had received text confirmation the day prior to our appointment date confirming our appointment, but still now they had to reschedule another two weeks from now SMH Not to mention we were not greeted by anyone after walking in or as we stood there until a few minutes later when I walked to another counter, that receptionist who assisted us was very pleasant & even stated herself she is not sure why some of their systems are outdated & not helpful she apologized for the inconvenience which was the only good experience we had out of going so far - other than that - this was not a pleasant first time experience unfortunately.

Not sure what the bad reviews were, My experience was great. Front staff was super friendly. Appointment was verified and kept. Was seen on time. Test was easy. Doctor Marshall was knowledgable. I did not get all details on my test results, but I don't think that really matters, I was told what I was experiencing without all the extra stuff in terms I probably wouldn't understand anyway. The doctor was great, very professional and efficient. Was sent to pick out glasses, she was also helpful and friendly. No problems whatsoever. Was given a time frame for my glasses to be ready and that was that.

Dr. Falkenberg is beyond wonderful. He takes time to listen to his patients, never rushes through appointments. A highly-skilled surgeon. His staff, technicians and front office, are kind and courteous. A positive and friendly environment. Highly recommend.

On time service as scheduled. Talented intake staff. No wait to meet w Dr. after intake work completed. Dr very professional and quickly assessed my issue and prescribed a treatment plan I was out of there in less than an hour and have a follow-up appointment scheduled.

Better half & I have received consistently excellent eye care & checkups at SIEHT for over 20 years. As usual, Dr. Hayes yesterday was welcoming, thorough & informative, cannot imagine a better Optometrist. Staff over the years have always been helpful & obviously competent & well-trained. Very highly recommend.

Wow, great place! I went to see Dr. Finney on a strong recommendation from a friend who said it was the best eye exam she had ever had, and she was right. The exam was extremely thorough. I had a lot of questions and Dr. Finney seemed very enthusiastic about answering them--quite a bit different than other eye doctor experiences I've had. The staff was actually pretty amazing too--very friendly and patient with all my questions. I wasn't sure I wanted to pick out glasses that day because I didn't have my husband with me, but the optical person helped me pick out something that looked really good. I get compliments on my glasses now, which I never got before. Definitely going back there next year.
