Marhya was so nice and greeted me when I walked through the door. I came here recently for an appointment and I thought it was a delightful experience. Dr. Woolford was very thorough and authentic. I really like this place and will be coming back.

We should have checked the review before we went. We have been waiting for the glasses for 2 months, and they kept telling us "Oh, it's in process, just need to wait another 1.5 weeks." We hope we can get the glasses in another 6 months. If you see this message, trust me, go to another stores or different company.

First I received the Best Customer service and care from all employees there.I believe I ordered the wrong frames, and there was a slight chip in the glasses I ordered. Brought them back 4 days later and Tasha the manager took care of me with "great" patience. She ordered me new glasses, sat with me and explained to me thoroughly about what I was getting and what to expect. They went the extra mile for me, Thanks to all.

The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Lindsay took her time with me throughout the exam to make sure I understood all of the eye exam questions. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and did not rush me. It was such a great experience!

Friendly and recommended next steps and told me only if I need to wear glasses basically its up to me. I love that my Doctor, Dr. Nez was awesome and the staff also. Friendly faces around I will be coming back for any questions I may have for them.

The entire staff did such an amazing job with my daughter. The staff was very patient and thoroughly explained all the steps for her to understand what was going on during our visit and made sure she was comfortable. Thank you for taking care of our eye needs, she's excited to get her first pair of glasses!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wine and his staff. They have been traveling to my parent's for 5 years and have always taken good care of them. We highly recommend them!

My whole family needed eye appointments, including my two young boys. One of my sons was complaining about having to get his eyes checked, saying it was a waste of time (I honestly think he was a bit nervous about what was going to happen). We arrived and were greeted by the staff. Dr. Wine examined the eyes of both of my boys, my husband and myself. He was competent and kind, helping to calm my little guy’s fears. My son (who thought he didn’t need his eyes checked) ended up needing glasses. The staff helped us find a pair of glasses which my son LOVES to wear, as well as assisted him in putting in contacts for the first time. They were SOO patient with him! Because of my son’s prescription, they were able to make his glasses the same day. We were even able to leave our appointment with the glasses!! The best part of the appointment was when he put on his new glasses and said, “Wow!! Everything is so clear!” My son read every single sign on the way home! I would recommend Dr. Wine and his staff to anyone. Amazing experience and people.

This is my favorite place for eye exam! I have been coming here for 4-5 years on the row! I have a family history of glaucoma and other eye conditions, so I never skip an eye exam. I feel that I receive very detailed exam here and have all my questions answered. They have very advanced equipment and always stay on top of new technology. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating as well. I highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service! My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 5pm, I was there at 5pm but according to them I was "late" because I should be there by 4:45pm for the preparation and to see the provider at 5. Provider declined to see my daughter for the eye exam, even though when I arrived him and the team were chatting in the front desk, no other patients waiting, there were not busy other than talking. I have been a loyal patient to Nationwide vision until this happened. Their hours are until 6pm but they did not have enough time to see my daughter for her 5pm appointment, they do not care!

I brought my granddaughter in for an appointment. My daughter wasn't told that I would need the insurance card. The bored receptionist also asked for ID, never clarifying whose ID she wanted. I told her that my daughter was on her way from work and she would have it. I was interrupted by a man demanding proof that my granddaughter's dog was a service animal. Beyond the properly marked harness, all other paperwork has medical information that is none of his business. Had my daughter been forced to reschedule, I'd have taken her to any other Nationwide in the Valley than come back to people who don't have a clue about customer service.
