Been coming here for a couple of years and have always been treated in a kind, caring and professional manner. When I came in last week, in some distress over a sudden vision issue, they were thorough in examining and identifying what was going on. Dr. Walford is my hero!

I always have a good experience when my kiddos and I visit. Nationwide Vision. The front staff along with the Dr. are. so polite and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Called to make a appointment for my grandson and got one right away. When I asked how was the visit. I was told by him and his older brother that the doctor was very nice and helpful and the receptionists that were on duty went above and beyond to help serve them. He needed more info about the lenses, frames, tints and cost and they were given what was asked for and more. This is why I rated them high.

I had been in AZ for 4 days when i accidentally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alicia McCallen O.D. I am so glad that i didn't cancel it. She is AMAZING. She ran every test possible to make sure I had no eye issues. I am very Impressed with her. I would highly recommend her.

Hadn’t had my vision checked in many years and decided it was time. The staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Hoang was extremely knowledgeable and got me set up with a prescription that was exactly what my eyes needed. Got into a pair of progressives and cannot believe how much my vision has improved!! Easiest appointment I have ever made and extremely happy with the results.

I looked at these reviews before I booked at Oasis eye care and thought this would be a good opportunity to share my personal experience. Overall, it was amazing. Dr. Woo was great. She was very thorough and really did follow up with me- and all of the things. Yes, I will be going back. I think the 4 stars is just for the overall location of the eye center. It’s loud, small & kind of crowded. Another reason for a 4 star was the front desk team was EXTREMELY stale. You could tell they either hated their jobs or were all hangry. I don’t need them to compliment me or kiss my butt… However, a smile could have been nice too. Would highly recommend if you don’t have vision insurance and you need somewhere decent. Make sure to try and book with Dr. Woo!!

Go else where if possible. Was extremely hard to schedule. Phone hold time are very,very long more than likely to being short staffed. I was offered only 1 times slot . Phone staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Long LONG wait time. Also VERY expensive if you have regular insurance & not Medicaid/ACCCHS Clinic like. It’s a MESS here from billing to telling ppl there will be an 2-3 hour wait. 😳🤯😲. My Daughter was prescribed glasses by a Dr. Here. came today & had a balance of 94.00 and I was told that this HAD to be paid prior to my daughter being seen to see if the glasses worked. They refused care to my 7 yo old because of a balance that I offered to pay in smaller payments. My daughter is walking around with glasses that this office is not sure of are her correct prescription. Because of a $94. 00. I had already been seen at the practice before a doctor dilated her eyes at this practice and prescribed her glasses and stated that they would like to follow up in a month to make sure that the prescription was correct and that she was in correctly due to there being a balance of $94 in which I agreed to make payments on my daughter who is seven years old and has a prescription from the office for glasses was refused service and refuse to be seen by medical doctor at this practice

I've been coming here for what's gonna be five years, On and off. The doctors are incredible, however, the young staff in the front is very rude and clearly does not care for her job. Well, I was sitting there in the lobby. I heard her be rude and obnoxious to another mom. Looking up a couple times I seen her sitting in her chair, eyes closed. so my guess may be a long day however, there is no excuse to be rude to a mother who is just trying to get her daughter some eye care. . Ashley needs a different occupation, if this isn't her liking. In regards to this interaction I had with Ashley I am now looking into switching my daughter to another eye doctor preferably where we feel welcome and not waiting for over an hour in the waiting room. My appointment was at 3:30pm- I did not leave there until 5:20pm.

Office opens at 7 AM or 7:30 AM arrived to my daughters initial appointment that was scheduled at 8:45 AM while filling out paperwork we get called and told that the provider that can see my child is not in the office and the appointment needs to be rescheduled. I took time off of work to bring my daughter to get her the care she needs. My daughter’s appointment was booked weeks ago and nobody reached out to communicate. Nobody reached out this morning to communicate. It’s 08/24 and i have text message reminders since 7/31. The front desk girl had no sympathy. “Well whoever scheduled you…” no, you apologize. Called my doctor immediately to get a new referral. do not waste your time here.

Dr. Miner and his team were an absolute delight! The office visit was so relaxed and enjoyable it felt as if I were visiting friends. Their selection of frames is exceptional and the entire process of ordering new prescription and frames was flawless. Previously, I had been a patient at a local 'large chain' eye care company where I was just another number. Never again! Here, at Elite Optical, I felt very welcomed and like I mattered as an individual and as a patient. I am so glad to be in their care from now on.
