Elite optical is an amazing place. I took my mom in there to help her get her a pair of new glasses and it was an amazing experience. The customer service was amazing. Allister was so much fun to pick out glasses with!! the doctor was amazing she took care of us so well! I wouldn’t recommend another eye-care place. 100 stars ⭐️ from us!!

Wow! Tracy, Brent, and Alex made me feel like we have known each other for years. This establishment provides amazing service with beautiful product. The gallery is gorgeous and you couldn't ask for better quality in finding an optical practice.

Charge me $160 for a visit. Do not go here they will rip you off

Dr. Baier is great! She took the time to answer all my questions patiently and seemed to really care. You could tell she read through my chart before meeting with me. The office was nice and clean as well.

i’ve been here 3 times now. each time everyone has gotten more and more passive aggressive and condescending. i typically don’t go to doctors of any kind due to financial reasons, and my experiences here were borderline traumatic for someone who doesn’t typically go to doctors. dr baier did *try* to save the appointment by the end, but the damage had been done. i will never go back. i will never recommend this office. none of the “professionals” at this location know how to speak to people with empathy and respect.

I’ve been to both America’s Best and Eyeglass World and this Visionworks is by far the best vision franchise I’ve ever been to. I was able to make an appointment for a contacts exam same day and was in and out within 30 minutes! I also had great customer service from everyone I interacted with. Dr. Kay was so friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be coming here again!

Totally a top-notch Visionworks location! Service was excellent, and the process from my eye exam to the finished pairs of glasses went very smoothly. Dr. Kay is a wonderful eye doctor who's very friendly and very helpful, and she also provided a wealth of information regarding my eye health. Tim does a really great job too, because he's also very friendly and helpful, and is very resourceful when it comes to making sure that you choose the frames that will look most flattering on you. For anyone like me who wears eyeglasses/contacts, I highly recommend that you give this Visionworks a try, it's well worth it!

I'm so impressed with the amazing level of customer service your team provides, it is exceptional! I'm grateful for Aileen, the lab tech who conducted the preliminary exam tests, she was so friendly and nice! Dr. Kay is amazing, she made me feel at ease and is very kind, and explained everything regarding my eyes and their health thoroughly. Last but not least, Rachel Bentley was just fantastic, I'm so thankful for her patience and her honesty when going through frame selections, along with her going the "extra mile" with me in looking for potential cost savings! Thank you Rachel and team for yet another awesome customer experience!

I was having some challenges my glass, so I called and spoke with KC. She made some time for me to come into the store. She was kind and professional and knew exactly how to help me. We found a wonderful pair of glass that fitted my liking. I appreciate her help.. If anyone is looking for great glass and service, come down to Pearle Vision at 937 N Dobson Dr #102... I'm so disappointed in this place. I had my appointment exactly one month ago today & I'm still waiting on my replacement lenses. They originally came in one week after my appointment but were cut incorrectly & didn't fit into the frames I had purchased from this location a few years prior. After 2 more weeks passed I was finally able to get in touch with someone who told me they were still being made. They offered me a credit for the inconvenience but in comparison to what I paid & what my insurance paid for these lenses it was a slap in the face. My prescription jumped quite a bit since last year and still not having my new lenses a full month later is not acceptable

So I'm here on a Thursday and they are closed out of nowhere. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls unless you call a different Pearle Vision location and have them pass the message on. Leaving my review at 1 star until you mail me my glasses because I'm not wasting my time here ever again.
