Welcoming environment. Super friendly and helpful staff. The employee that assisted me in picking out a good pair of glasses was honest and helped me find a pair that fit my face best.

This was my first time visiting, I was very happy with the service and friendly staff I highly recommend Acuity eye center.

Always a pleasure to get my annual eye exam here. Staff is well educated and great communicators and Dr. Frank Akers II is just the best. He explains everything in clear terms and has a fun sense of humor with a great perspective on taking care of your ocular health for a long and healthy clear seeing life.

If you are looking for a great optometrist. This is the one! This eye doctor is amazing! The office is efficient and always on time. The entire staff seems to know their exact role and it operates like a machine. I recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone. I am a busy working mother and appreciate their efficiency!

Ladies in the front were kind and provided a rapid check in which was a plus for me. Dr. Hagstrom did an amazing job with my 7 year old daughters exam. She is great with kids! After receiving a copy of our prescription we were taken such good care with options of what best suited our budget. We felt very appreciated!

I had a great experience at Sharper Vison Eyecare. All of the staff were super friendly, the online scheduling tool was super convenient and Dr Hammond was wonderful. She answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend!

WARNING: I went to this group's Chandler 20/20 Image Centers office and they told me that their contact lenses are fully returnable in new, unopened boxes within 90 days of purchase. This is a bald-faced lie. I would never have purchased a year's worth with a no- return provision, especially when I'm relocating. I would have purchased from Costco or a company with a good record for customer service. I don't like to be the heavy, but this business needs to be held to account. They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars.

Dr. Michelle Hammond and her staff are truly amazing! Dr. Hammond was sweet, she listened to my concerns, explained everything very well, and found my eye prescription quickly. Glenna was a joy as well! She was so kind and patient as I looked for a frame that I liked. From start to finish, I had a great experience at Sharper Vision Eyecare.

Amazing service!!! I’ve never felt so valued before at any other eye doctor. Everyone was so nice and caring, and they even helped me pick out frames which was the first time I’ve ever received that kind of service!! Thank you so much!

The visit went well in the beginning - i felt that my vision changed and prescription was not updated. Went in for my annual exam, we went over my eye photographs and saw a scar - which i was told is no big deal but the eye Doctor displayed anger and frustration towards me because my answers to her test were conflicting. (The process was to see if i needed an updated prescription) (which i thought i did but doctor advised there was no change) and she visibly looked as if she had given up because my vision was not adjusting correctly and kept my prescription as it was. She huffed and puffed the entire exam as i answered “1,2, or same” I dont go anywhere else to handle my vision, i travel 40 minutes and feel more uncomfortable than ever coming back. Never had a interaction like this before at this location. I also dont plan to just brush this under the rug because i spend alot of money here every time. Thanks for listening.
