Friendly staff, great eye doctors, clean and inviting location.

Love the care provided by each member of Prime Eye Care, from the scheduler, receptionist, and glass fitting specialist. Dawn Martin takes time to explain what she is doing, what she is looking for and what she is seeing, in clear, plain language, that makes sense. I highly recommend Prime Care for all of your eye care needs

Katie in Optical helped me. I was truly impressed with service and her wonderful smile even though she had mask on. She tried to make sure I was happy with choices. Have had Dr. Martin for many years ,always happy to see her.

With the exception of the long wait it was an excellent experience. The front desk was very helpful and kind. There is a kiosk that you use to sign in. I heard lots of groans but it did not bother me since almost every Dr. office that I use has this method for checking in. The techs that helped with some of the test were kind and caring - young but with great attitudes. Dr. Tanner was willing the explain and listen to the problems I am having with a possible solution, and other alternatives if the first didn't work. I was impressed and am glad to have Dr. Tanner as my new eye doctor.

I had issues with my eye that started Friday afternoon. I called Monday morning to try and get a same day appointment and they were very accommodating. Dr. Brown was as thorough as I’ve ever experienced with checking my eyes and explaining to me what was going on. Thank you for your help.

On my appointment day I noticed it was a very busy day, I checked in and did not have to wait long, I was seen close to my appointment time. You have to check in via a terminal next to the front desk, they will help you if you are challenged by this, but please be kind and ask for help.There was a very upset senior woman that was being loud and rude, obviously frustrated with the check in process and her wait time. The staff acted courteously and professionally despite her rudeness. I commend them!!

Made an appointment just 2 weeks ago, and now received a call stating that there are some "schedule changes" and now they aren't seeing patients anymore on Fridays. Would have love to known this when I first made the appointment since I work Monday through Thursday. Instead of trying to accommodate me, they wanted to try to push it out even further. I have already has issues at this center, with them firstly not finding my account when I originally called even though I have been a patient for years, but also the rest of my family has had numerous issues with getting our glasses and contacts correctly or at the time they were expected. Guess I will be joining my family in going elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years now, and I’ve seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Dao…they are wonderful!!! The staff at the front are just as wonderful. I have never had a bad experience there whatsoever. When I call to make an appointment they get me in fast and the wait is minimal to be seen once you’re there. I will never go any place else for my vision needs or those of my family.

I moved to the east valley and needed to find a new eye care center. Oasis staff and Dr Pieper were friendly, efficient and went beyond my expectations. I’m so happy to have found them and been made to feel so comfortable.

I SAW PEOPLE LOVE THIS LOCATION AND HAD TO SEE FOR MYSELF! I found: Attentive, professional, and prompt staff. The office is clean and the doctor listens to you ramble on!! Lol. I recommend this location. PS- my contacts and glasses arrived within 2-3 days from each other. I waited about a week to get my stuff. 🥹 Other locations COULD NEVER! [For anyone saying this is a terrible location you are HATEFUL AND A KAREN/KEVIN. Move on.]
