Dr. Bebe was very caring, listened carefully to my health history, and took the time to explain my retinal scan. She also seemed to know exactly how best to dial in my prescription. I was very happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience. My mom and I had an eye exam with the opthalmologist Seth who was very thorough and has a great personality. Then we both got helped by Karen who is very knowledgeable and like family. A+ to all , definitely recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the staff was, the short wait time, and how fast the eye glasses were made.... Everything was same day, including the appointment for the eye exam and when we received the glasses. And after doing our research on prices, we found that Eye Glass World was the most inexpensive. I have to honestly say, "Bravo!" And, "Thank You!" 👏🤓👍

In being a customer of Eyeglass World for over 15 years between both Tucson and the East Valley I have to say they are truly the best when it comes to Customer Service, Quality, and price. This has been consistent across the board. I recently lost insurance and thought to shop prices around town for a contacts eye exam. After talking to about 5 eye clinics, both big names and small, I quickly realized Eyeglass World could not be beat. I shall never look elsewhere again. Dr. Salima and Karen up front provided amazing service, the whole staff was super friendly, and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you all!

I am really hoping their Google review rating goes up at this location. I walked in with my nieces and son. Only 2 out of the 5 of us had an exam. I know my kids, they are well behaved but still. Everyone was kind and patient. I had no concerns at all. I really didn’t have much help with the glasses or what the girls insurance covered but I figured it out on my own. The Dr. was AMAZING. He was very thorough and patient with both girls. I would definitely recommend this location. They were on time as even fit us in to come back to have her when dilated. Good customer service. Thank you. Especially to the Dr.

Dr. Peller is incredibly thorough & always takes the time to discuss the results of my vision exams & discuss any questions or comments I may have. After our exams my wife & I worked with Chris to select new frames & review his recommendations on lens alternatives for our respective prescriptions. It’s the 4th year in a row I’ve gone to Nationwide & highly recommend their services.

At the Gilbert location on williamsfield and recker the doctor is amazing and so are the staff! I love how the doctor takes his time with all of his patients and explains everything to you!

Alice Barbari is such sweet individual and knowledgeable staff member! Made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so I could understand. I visit every year and it’s truly a pleasure seeing her!

The staff is always very helpful at the Target Optical at 3931 S Gilbert Rd. Alice helped find which discounts were best for my needs. They stay reasonably busy, but always do their best to help in a timely manner and the space is clean and well kept.

I love Dr. Tran and her staff! I believe David and Bambie? Sorry if the name is wrong but I enjoyed talking to them and they were super helpful. I do enjoy the fact that I didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg! Not sure why I didn’t come here sooner. I appreciate Dr. Tran taking her time to talk to me about certain things and educating me. I know she was busy but she didn’t rush me at all. I highly recommend this place and will def. Come back!

Poor customer service… I walked in, no greeting. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, there were 2 customers ahead of me. One went to the back for eye exam. The other was being assisted. When they left another customer came in the store and was greeted and offered assistance immediately. And yes the employee was aware I was in the store as she watched us the whole time we were there. As I exited she had the audacity to say have a good day. I took my business elsewhere because of this.
