Poor customer service… I walked in, no greeting. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, there were 2 customers ahead of me. One went to the back for eye exam. The other was being assisted. When they left another customer came in the store and was greeted and offered assistance immediately. And yes the employee was aware I was in the store as she watched us the whole time we were there. As I exited she had the audacity to say have a good day. I took my business elsewhere because of this.

I like this Visionworks. The Doctors and staff. I purchased new glasses in June and I'm still waiting for the insurance claim to be processed by Visionworks. Store personnel has tried to be helpful but they are the employees who file the insurance claims. I have tried to be patient but this timeliness is unacceptable.

I have recently purchased new frames/lenses at Visionworks in the San Tan Mall. My experience was excellent. While I have not yet picked up my glasses, I have every confidence they will be measured and fitted correctly. My sales associate was Jarrod and he was knowledgeable as well as professional. It was obvious quality was important to him and he reflected that by his attention to detail. I highly recommend Visionworks at the San Tan Mall

Make sure the Dr doesn't decide to leave early for lunch or your appointment is S.O.L. and the care that they didn't demonstrate wh3n saying "well you arrived 15 minutes late " 🙄 nice job on showing no care or respect for a persons time …

Thank you Dr. Renee Thimesch at Now Eye See Family Eye Care for taking us in as new patients (our regular optometrist was booked till mid Nov) for my daughter who broke her glasses. The office/facility is beautiful and we felt like VIPS! Sara was so patient and helped my daughter find the perfect pair which she’s so excited about. My daughter said she really enjoyed Dr. Renee, she thought she was so nice and funny too. What’s usually a less than fun experience for her, ended up being a wonderful one. They have a great selection of affordable frames and explain all costs to you up front. They even make suggestions on what they feel would be best for my daughter’s rx. I think I’m going to switch our entire family here. 😊 I would gladly recommend them to friends and family. 🤓 Love that this optometrist is small business owned (and Dr. Renee is my neighbor too!)

Best staff, Best communication, and Best over all treatment I have ever received from an Eye Doctor. They treated me and my special needs son with such compassion and kindness. We stopped in as a drop in visit during their lunch break. They listened and treated my son so sweet and made him and I both feel like family, not patients. I highly recommend the doctor and her team at Now Eye See.

I tried this place out because of the closeness to my home and I had heard good things on social media. The people there are super friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment i walked in, it felt very welcoming and like they really cared about what they do. The exam was great. The doctor went over everything in detail and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. Prices on the frames were super affordable, and they only have frames from smaller, privatley owned companies, which is a huge plus in my book. If you need a good eye doctor, I would highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment last week on Friday for today for my son. Received a phone call today three hours before my appointment wanting to cancel my appointment with no other options from them because I only had the primary insurance provider member ID and not the name, which I was waiting and hoping to receive before the appointment that information was out of my control, and apparently too much work for them. I was only told I needed the ID number, either way no one deserves to be treated with such unkind tonality and without patience. Through Crystal and Elaine, this was a terrible phone customer service representative experience that I would not want anyone to ever have gone through this unnecessary stress of dealing with. I highly recommend avoiding this location after my experience on the phone with those two representatives. That just shows me the kind of customer service I would get in person as well. Going to another location since our secondary insurance only goes through nationwide, and would highly recommend to avoid this location. Hope this helps others avoid a terrible first time experience. I only wrote this review because I want people to know that those high star ratings don't always show every experience and you can sometimes have a terrible experience at a place that may seem good but it is not always.

They were short staffed, but oh my word, so professional, so kind, and helped me and my son get taken care of. I’ve been to many Nationwide, the location on Higley and Baseline I HIGHLY recommend. The Only downside was lack of selection. The front desk staff was amazing!
