I am impressed. Super efficient, prepared, friendly..they have it together. Best medical office experience I've had to date.

Excellent in all aspects

I can't rate this place low enough. Made an appointment with them and called in advance of arriving just to make sure everything was good. They had forgotten to write it down and hilariously had gone home for the day. They offered to reschedule days down the road. Wasted time off work and time driving. Just not a professional place.

Dr. Wayment was through and very nice. I'm glad I visited his office.

They were all very curtious and helpful with my eye care. I had ordered two pairs and they came in, in a week. Very satisfied with my new glasses. Thank you!

The BEST costumer service I ever received at a Nationwide vision location. Yadira was awesome! She greeted us with a big smile when we walked in for our appointment and was very nice during our visit.The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained my daughter every step in a way she could understand and follow the directions. The whole team was very friendly, totally recomend this location (Val Vista and Guadalupe). Also Yadira speaks perfect English which is a plus for me and my family! Thank you everyone for the great experience!

Everyone was so kind and friendly to me. I enjoyed being here. It was my first annual eye exam since I was a kid. I appreciated all the help they gave me figuring out my insurance and picking frames for my first pair of glasses!

I have always had really great experiences here! I had an appointment this morning and all of the staff were welcoming and kind! One of the staff members was so helpful when I was looking at frames. She asked me what kind of style I was looking for and she picked out about 7 or 8 different styles for me to try on. I ended up choosing a frame that she picked out, a style I wouldn't have chosen to try on my own! It was a really relaxed and positive experience! Highly recommend

Everything they did was great. The front desk staff and the doctor were good and courteous. They kept us informed and delivered glasses timely.
