I wish I could give zero rating because they definitely are the worse place to be for eye problems. My daughter got her contact lenses from this place. There were issues with the prescription and we told them about that and after several back and forth for 6 months and trying new set of lenses several times, we finally gave up. Last week, we took an appointment at a new place, after the check up my daughter was given trial lenses and her first comment was “Finally I can see”. We were so happy and said to ourselves that we should have switched sooner. Be very careful before you visit this place.

I had a medical eye emergency and they fit me in right away. I hadn’t been to their practice before but I am going to switch over to them. They were super kind, thorough, and helpful! I am so grateful to have found them!

Support local and not a large chain! I couldn’t have been more happy for the excellent services I received at Vision Edge Eye Center. I can’t wait to pick up my deep purple framed glasses to match my new iPhone.

I've gone in for a few appointments now, and each time I've been treated awesome. I had a contacts fitting appointment and had never worn them before. The staff was so patient with me learning how to put them in, giving pointers and helping when able even when I was taking a very long time to learn. I couldn't have felt more comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. Whipple is extremely nice and didn't treat me like a time burden, which is rare for doctors these days. Always greeted cheerfully and the environment is welcoming. For once I don't dread having to go see a doctor.

Great service from start to finish. They took the time to explain my benefits and costs related to every option on my new glasses. I have been using target for years and I always end up paying for something I didn’t ask for. Great local business.

Dr. Whipple has always been very patient and thorough during my eye exams. I was having trouble with my new glasses and Eric came to the rescue. He, too, was so patient with me. He did an excellent job adjusting my new frames. Thanks Eric!

Great experience on my end, staff was very helpful. I had a extended meeting, and the representative was willing to help reschedule my visit same day. The optometrist took the time to educate me on my vision issues, and even went as far as to look into the specific brands that may be most beneficial. This location is definitely going to be my "go to" for the foreseeable future.

I don’t often write reviews, especially long ones, but this office deserves it !! I recently had the pleasure of visiting AZ Eye Institute for my daughter’s annual eye exam, and I must say that it was a truly positive experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff were exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles, and they made me feel incredibly welcome. Also, the wait time was minimal, which is always appreciated. Dr. Nannenga who performed the eye exam was highly knowledgeable and especially good with children (it’s clear she is a mom herself) She took the time to listen to my concerns about the increased prescription change and actually offered us a new technology. A disposable lens technology that is FDA approved to slow her progression #MiSight !! So excited to be able to actually Do something to help this daughter (unfortunately her older sisters never had this opportunity) Not only did the staff patiently answer all my questions but the office itself was also clean, organized, and modern. It is evident that they prioritized their patients' comfort and well-being. In addition to the exceptional service and pristine facilities, the pricing at AZ Eye Institute was also fair and transparent. They provided a detailed breakdown of the costs before proceeding with any procedures, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, mine and my daughter’s experience was nothing short of fantastic. The professionalism, expertise, and welcoming atmosphere made me feel confident in the care I received. I wholeheartedly recommend AZ Eye Institute to anyone seeking a top-notch eye exam and outstanding customer service.
