My visit was very professional and through. After several tests I was seen by Dr. Johnson. He explained what to expect from the procedure recommended. I felt very good about what was going to happen on my surgery date. The entire office went beyond my expectations. Thank you all for doing and excellent job.

Dr. Schneider was so nice to work with. She is very knowledgeable and explained many things about my eye conditions and the upcoming cataract procedures. I have gone from dreading it to actually looking forward to seeing much better. Great visit !!

Dr Timothy Van Johnson is a sweet doctor; kind, courteous and caring. I would recommend his services to anyone. The wait time after arriving for my appointment was short and the staff was great. Thanks to Dr Van Johnson and his staff.

Dr Austin is amazing. We called him late one night because our son had poked his eye and we were unsure of what to do. He gave us some advice over the phone and said if it was worse in the morning we could come straight in and see him. When he didn't hear from us the next day he called us personally to check and see how his eye was doing. For a doctor to take the time to call you personally just to check on you is rare, but what made this even more impressive was the fact that, at this point, he hadn't made a dime from us, as we had not went in to see him for this particular issue. Dr. Austin is very skilled at what he does, and his patients are more than just a paycheck to him. He truly cares about everyone he sees. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I was there last Saturday morning and Ty was very professional , compassionate and very helpful In selecting the right glasses. I would recommend Walmart vision center on East south Blvd.

l hated it no one could tell me exactly what my daughter needed when I was at her appointment but time I made it home the doctor called and said I was gone have to pay a difference and they couldn't order prescription until I payed difference but the manager had just said insurance would pay before I left so I wasted time and gas!

Terrible customer service. I waited more than a month for my contacts and they never contacted me back, when I called back they said they were going to replace the order, but they couldn't offer a refund. Do not go to this place unless you want to loose your money and be overcharged for a vision exam. I paid 120 dollars for a vision test that you can get for 60 dollars at another place. The 'Dr' there doesn't take any responsibility for the service because 'she only does the eye exam' so you are basically on the hands of a very unprofessional staff.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen and his wife at the Walmart Optical in Gulf Shores, Alabama. They took their time to check my eyes and discuss any questions I had. They also made sure I was comfortable and happy with my new contacts. I'm Very impressed and I will be back to them for my next eye exam.
