Dr Murrah has been amazing through the years. He not only identifies tricky issues like mine but sets a course to correct. Vision greatly affects quality of life… I am so grateful for his thoughtful approach and great wisdom.

Murrah is wonderful! He gave me most thorough eye exam I've ever had and explained what he's doing! New to area and feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Murrah! He and his nurse are fantastic!

Everyone was very nice and helpful , but I came because of Dr Murrah. He is one amazing Dr and I feel blessed to have him as my Dr.

Dr. Sullivan was jovial and laid back and made me feel comfortable. He cleared my ears so that I could hear well again. I am glad he suggested having a hearing test which went well. I had seen Dr. Elliot in the past and like her very much but I'm so glad you are close to my home. James Beach

Dr Douglas is great. I am confident that he knows all about my eye situation. He makes you feel safe and less anxious. He has a wonderful bed side manner. I am more than satisfied being his patient! Oh yeah, my eye is improving!

Dr Swain has good bedside manner. He explains the existing issue so the patient is well informed. His patient base is very large and your office visit is from 1.3 to 2 hours for a 30 min (max) appointment. The office personnel, nurses, technicians, appointment staff, etc. are all very professional and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the care Dr. Billitz gave me, and the time he took to get my prescription right after my eyes were sensitive to what we first tried. I was also pleased with the ease of communication with his office.

Everyone seems to enjoy their job there. The reviewer below me: Scott’s wife is nonwhite. I feel there may have been other issues at play.

Scott working behind the corner was a complete bigot towards me. A white man was waiting behind me in line and he waited on this customer first even when the customer said I was here first. I proceeded to back the other customer and said, “excuse me sir I was next.” Scott ignored me completely. I said again, this time louder, “excuse me I was next in line” to which he finally responded saying “I’m sorry the doctor told me to get this patient first.” Thank God there are other optical vision centers because Costco will not be getting my business or my family or friends business. I will spread the news about Scott. If you’re black beware of Scott at the optical department. I will not spend my money with anyone with such ignorance and small mindedness.

I went in on Saturday with my husband to get him glasses. (He had already gotten the eye exam elsewhere.) The computer system was causing problems and was extremely slow. Hillary worked like a champ trying to get it all entered, and kept trying after we left. She was genuinely apologetic and so kind. She called us later and said it still wasn't working but felt sure it would be corrected by Monday. I returned on Monday and she had it all ready to go, still apologizing for the delay. She is an excellent example of grace under pressure and customer service is definitely her priority.
