I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Zloty. He did an excellent job and my vision is clearer than it has been in over 10 years! The staff at his office and the surgery center were all very caring and knowledgeable. I'm really looking forward to having my second eye done and seeing even better.

I had a corneal transplant for Keratoconus by Dr Zloty in July. I had the best experience ever from the office visits, surgery and post op. He is great and his staff at both locations are wonderful as well. I highly recommend Dr Zloty

Staff were really nice but there was a long wait. Dr was great. Very thorough. Decent selection of frames. Note that they are closed for lunch from 12-1.

I had the pleasure of meeting Maria, Dena, and Debbie today at Optical Dimensions. They were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, conversational, and so much more. They were able to provide me with exceptional customer service. I can tell this is how they treat all of their customers. If you are going to other places for your eye needs, I can tell you this …….. you are doing yourself a disservice by not going to Optical Dimensions and having these wonderful people assist you.

The doctor is thorough and kind, the staff is friendly and helpful, there’s a large selection of glasses.

I am a new client to Dr. King's office. Her friendly and professional assistant gave me a test which Dr. King reviewed with me during my visit. I had an eye exam and received a new prescription for glasses. They had a great selection and the prices were affordable. My glasses were ready in about a week. Dr. King is amazing, she believes in preventative care for your eyes, she answered and or explained every part of the exam. I would recommend Hillcrest Optical to anyone.

Best Eye Doctor around along with the office/staff… This doctor actually made wearing glasses/contacts fun for me. From 16-31 yrs of age no eye doctor could get me the right prescription, but she DID.

I've been going to Dr. Tiffany West since she was at Lenscrafters and now been to their new business a few times. Have also been to Dr. Eric West at their clinic and they are a wonderful optometry clinic. I always have a warm welcome when I come in the door. They both go out of their way to help you with your eyecare needs. I recommend going to see these eyecare doctors if your in the area. I don't even live in mobile anymore and will still drive almost two hours to visit their clinic for help. On top of helling with eye exams and etc. , they also offer a really cool wide assortment of affordable glasses as well to pick from. I hope my review helps I don't really leave reviews all to often , usually I forget , I have memory issues. But glad I finally remembered to do so.

Very pleasant experience. Suffered from severe double Cateracts (legally blind). I had no health insurance for surgery and was facing homelessness. Tiffany got in touch with the center for deaf and blind patients for me. The end result was University of Alabama Birmingham doing surgery under a program for the disadvantaged and cost almost nothing. Afterwards, they adjusted my glasses (which I didn’t even buy there) for free and installed new lenses in frames that I already had. They didn’t want to charge me for any of it. They go beyond the customer service you would normally expect and it makes you feel like a member of the family.

I was traveling in Mobile, planning to drive back to SC, but my vision had really changed in the last week. Dr. Eric West worked me in near the end of the day and stayed well past closing. He was so thorough and kind. I left seeing better than I had for a while, and he relieved my concerns that the changes were serious. Everyone at the practice was great. Thank you!
