Dr Jackson is an excellent eye doctor, he made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. He is very knowledgeable about his practice and has the level of expertise that makes him top notch in his profession.

Dr Jackson is very thorough. He and his staff perform a great eye exam and give great advice. However wait times are a bit lengthy, two hours in total from check in to checkout.

Terrible nurses, went to get my younger siblings glasses she’s been without for 2 weeks after the tragic loss of our mother the lady was sucking on a lollipop at 9am in my face. Rude as hell. Told me someone came and signed them out already *there is no way because my mother passed before anyone could get them* then told me there was nothing she could do for us. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They never answer the phone. They have their so called business hours on the voicemail, and when you call during business hours they never answer. Very unprofessional to be a doctors office. I will never bring my daughter back here.

You don't want me to say. Feel free to calls me so maybe I can recieve my glasses this year! No offence!

This place has not been the same since Dr. Jordan!!!!! The young receptionist name missy hung up in my face on two occasions but says she put me on hold but never tried to call me back. I have emailed and left voicemails for an appointment because I have been a pt here since a teenager but after how I was mistreated over the phone was very poorly . I hope no one else had to go through this nonsense!!!!

Very skeptical after reading all of the negative reviews. But my experience was just fine. Very professional. All of the workers were pleasant and eager to help me. They were all so attentive to my needs and didn’t waste any time with my appointment. I was walked through step by step. A very pleasant experience.

Was quoted one price before my service and given a price $200 more after my visit. Prejudice attitudes throughout the staff. I am searching to switch eye doctors as I type. I regret I ever came here.

Dr is nice. Their office has a protocol of dilation or out of pocket screening. Imo, that should be the choice of the patient, so I will find another optometrist to use. Kristen seemed completely fine that I was willing to not use this … More

A great experience and advice. Thank you for being so streamlined! I've been going to Dr. Shirey's office for years now and consistently he & his staff are really great. I haven't had a bad experience; on the contrary, Dr. Shirey's bed-side manner & expertise are excellent.
