Dr. Brown is wonderful. I have several eye conditions, and he explains everything as he examines your eyes with a gentle touch. He has done surgery on me and my husband with good outcomes. The staff is friendly and professional. You will feel well taken care of there.

Dr Brown’s office is perhaps the most efficiently , effectively run practice I’ve ever seen! This compliment coming from a nurse who has been in charge of hospitals! The office is amazing !
Everyone , from the check in, to the check out, is friendly, kind, thoughtful, empathetic, just lovely, one and all!
Dr Brown is through, skillful, and puts one immediately at ease! I’m so truly grateful to be under his exceptional care!

Amazing experience with this LensCrafters. Everyone here was very nice and kind. I felt completely comfortable with everyone there and that doesn't happen often with my anxiety. The Dr took the time to help me and it didn't feel rushed or like I was just another person to get in and get out. The young gentleman in front really took his time to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and I didn't feel rushed to make a quick decision.

Best experience ever!!! I spent years avoiding the eye doctor and kept my same old glasses out of fear of the unknown. Well, I called to ask questions. Sheridan was extremely professional and set me up with an appointment. I went in and Sheridan was the first person to greet me, and I recognized her voice immediately. Went back, checked in and saw the doctor, all in a timely manner. Doctor Taylor was absolutely amazing! I 100% recommend Dr. Taylor. He did great with my exam and was able to provide me assurance and relief over years long concerns with my retina.
After my appointment, they ran everything through my very limited vision insurance, and it was extremely affordable.
Sheridan worked with me to pick out a new pair of glasses. I definitely took my time and didn't feel rushed. She gave me an honest opinion and even better suggestions when I explained my insecurities and what I was/wasn't looking for. It came down to three frames and I took a poll from all the team members, using the winner as the pair I went with. They are ready today, about a week later, and I really couldn't be happier.
I want to take the extra time to really emphasize Sheridan and Reggie. Reggie was up front helping other customers while I was there. I got to watch him carry himself with professionalism, kindness and patience. There was a customer upset about what happened at another location, and Reggie handled it like a true champion. I was impressed and told him so. Both Sheridan and Reggie really made this place special, and made it to where I will be returning and recommending this location. They should be running the place! Sheridan I really bonded with during this process and I think she is a remarkable human being and asset. She helped me every step of the way and I left completely satisfied, because of Sheridan. The staff made me feel welcomed and at home. Seriously, I was shocked to have such a good experience... at the eye doctor... on my day off from work 🤣 I know not many people can say that, so again, 100% recommend. You can be in and out if you want, or if you're like me and picking out a new pair of glasses, wanting to not feel rushed, that's okay too. So awesome! Thank you Sheridan, Reggie and Dr. Taylor!!!!

Dr. Taylor was awesome. Sheridan was great. Today I was able to get in there and order my glasses, Tara was alone and she was wonderful also. Her trainee came back from lunch and was very pleasant also

They wouldn't get any stars if I could choose that. I have tried repeatedly to get another prescription for my contacts because I did not adapt to the mono-vision. I've left several messages, but they absolutely WILL NOT call anybody back. The auto-msg says the call volume is unusually high & to leave a msg or call back OR you can come by the office for your needs. They are being paid for services they are not rendering. This high call volume has been since March of this year!!! I should NOT have to drive all the way over there just to ask for a prescription that is not out of date.
I was in the office one afternoon & there were 2 ladies in optical chatting about personal business while the phones were ringing. Not once did they answer & the supervisor sat in her office & never said a word about it. I've been with them for many years, but will not return for my next appointment. The customer service seems to be non-existent now, for some reason. VERY disappointed.

My son and I were supposed to have annual appointments today at 1pm 9/29. . I confirmed our appointments Monday 9/ 25. My son's appt was rescheduled with another doctor without my knowledge to 10/3. Appt clerk said Dr. White isn't taking new patients and they were just notified. They claimed to have left a message, but my voice-mail isn't set up for them to have done so. When I said I didn't appreciate how this was handled, there was no remorse. People make appointments that are convenient for them. I asked for a manager to let them know how dissatisfied I was, but of course, I wasn't able to do so..

Dr. Morrow and his staff were professional, yet also personable. They did a thorough eye exam on me, as it had been a very long time since I had been to an eye doctor. I was pleased with my visit to his office and will definitely continue seeing him for my vision needs.

Dr. Morrow is great! He took excellent care of my eyes and spent time answering all my questions. I am a first time patient who recently moved and it is great to have found my new eye doctor after one visit!

Dr Morrow in my opinion is very competent and has a great doctor/patient manner. He doesn't hesitate to answer my questions and explains things in an understandable manner.
