Dr Lee does a fantastic job not only perfecting a prescription, he is very thorough in screening for any issues you might have that may need further medical review.

Never been a patient here. Their website says they offer same day appointments but they do not have any available slots for another 3 weeks.

Been going here for years now to get my glasses. The doctor and staff always have been great to me and treated me well. They are timely and quick on their appointments and honestly never had to wait to see the doctor. They carry a decent amount frames but are bit limited compared to some stores and cost is always an issue if you don't have insurance.

Office staff leaves much to be desired. Not professional and very rude. Went for new lenses and they proceed to make adjustments without asking permission. Now glasses are crooked and uncomfortable. Good luck if you want contact lenses as they will ask no questions about what would be right for you.

Been, using Dr. Sullins for 4 years now. He is friendly and knowledgeable, I currently use contacts and he gives me confidence that my eyes are doing well and not having any problems on my visits.

I am sorry to say I wasn’t that impressed by the eye doctor. She didn’t even introduce herself at all I had to ask !

I was able to easily make an appointment and the Dr. Gilliland was there to see me on time - no wait. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Friendly staff and took care of everything related to my insurance with out any problems. I told her that I was going to the beach that week and needed new contacts and she gave me an extra pair of sample lenses for free while I waited for my order to come in. I would recommend.

One of the best eye exams I have had. Dr. Cara Gilliland was very thorough with the exam and offered excellent tips and recommendations. The staff was very courteous and thorough as well, and made sure my glasses order and measurements were accurate. Overall excellent experience!

The staff was very courteous, pleasant and efficient. I was in and out of my exam, with frames picked out and lenses ordered, within an hour. In particular, Shana was very nice and helpful in assisting me in picking out frames that suited my needs (I have a very high prescription and am very nearsighted). After a coupon, this was also by far the most affordable trip to an eye doctor to get new lenses that I've ever experienced. 10/10, would recommend these folks

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The commercial for 2 for $79 is what got me to go to the store. I had my exam and when the gentleman that was fitting me for glasses he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and told me the glasses would be over $500. I asked for other options and he gave me no other options. He’s words “I don’t know what I can do for you”. Your employees need better training on customer service. It is very apparent it is about the money for the company and not for the customer. Returning customers will bring in more money than one time of being disrespected. I will keep anyone from going to the store to protect them from being treated as hateful as I was. PS Not your friend Gustavo Morales!!!!😡😡😡

I lost the screw to my eyeglass frames and walked in at the South Parkway location to ask if they could be fixed. The receptionist, Ms. Erin, jumped up and got right to work. My glasses had a hard-to-find screw, but Ms. Erin kept working to make sure my frames were usable. She was amazing and saved the day! Thank you, Ms. Erin and the team at America's Best!
