They tried to make the glasses right and sent them out to help remake the bifocal. Bifocals are still wrong and the frame fits weird. Discovered the right stem looked like it was broken when sent out to remake the lenses by the outside optical shop they contracted. Seems they tried to glue it back on. The difference is clear between left and right joints on the frame. Whoever polished the lenses, they now create a weird reflection and I can’t wear them while on the computer. Should have went to Costco.

This place was great. I went in with my prescription and they sat down with me and got everything taken care of. My glasses came in and Cassandra called me right away, due to her remembering I was leaving on vacation soon, great service and will continue to use them for my glasses!

Tina and Ruth provided extra support to help me. They gave yes/no suggestions to frames as I put them on and off and recommended the color, size, and shape. When the glasses arrived, the prescription was too strong, and Tina coordinated with the doctor to have my refractions compared before ordering a new pair. They give time and attention to customers to ensure postive results.

I had a concern about my left eye and was able to be seen by Dr. Collin’s on the same day I called, due to a short notice cancellation. The wait was minimal and Dr. Collins did a very thorough exam. Although her office did not accept my insurance, the charges were very reasonable. I went to her on a recommendation from a trusted friend, and I’m so glad I did! She's a very caring and pleasant professional, and I look forward to seeing her again for all of my and my family’s eye care needs.

Dr. Collins is absolutely amazing. She was able to engage my child in a way that made the exam process smooth. She was also patient when answering my (many) questions.

I won’t be back here. If a patient is telling you something the Doctor should listen. She was trying to justify what she thought was best when I was telling her I could not see. I was told I would have to pay for another contact eye exam even though I had already paid for one. I told the girl that was helping me pick out glasses that I shouldn’t have to pay for another contact eye exam because I already had one. she said she would find out and call me back on Monday, but she never did. Over all not a good experience.from the doctor not listening and being told I would have to pay for something I already paid for and not receiving a call back.

Great staff, quick service. I came in needing to get my prescription done and get a new pair of glasses. They got me in, checked my eye health, side vision, far vision, close vision, and determined my prescription professionally and quickly. They have a machine on site to fit the lenses to the desired frame, too. Because of this, I was in at 3:30 and had a new pair of glasses by 5:15. Wonderful place, great operation, and I love the Psalms verse on the wall.

Saying that Dr. Mohammed Haque and his team impressed me would be an understatement. When it comes to customer excellence my expectations are unrealistic and yet somehow Dr. Haque exceeded every last one. If you aren't in love with your current eye doctor, fire him or her and book an appointment with Dr. Haque immediately. He's passionate about his work and it shows. He's an excellent listeners. He asked me a ton of questions about my eye symptoms and took the time to explain to me (in laymen's terms) what's going on. I didn't feel rushed. His equipment is modern. It also doesn't hurt that he's "easy on the eyes". I have a follow-up visit with him soon and I'm looking forward to it. Go ahead. Book your appointment. You'll thank me later.

I can’t say enough about Huntsville Family Eye Care. Yari answered my phone call with such kindness. Her gentle demeanor was so inviting as she listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. She immediately spoke with Dr. Hawque who pulled away to call and hear more. He too was kind and asked detailed questions as he listened to each of my concerns. He gave me a number to contact if the issue happened again before the appointment and said he would assist in getting me emergency care if needed. At my appointment Dr. Schmidt greeted me with kindness, asked questions, thoroughly explained what tests he would be running and listened attentively to all of my concerns. He took his time, answered each question, showed me the test results and explained what I was seeing in each image he took. Coming from someone who has medical trauma and “white coat”, I can’t recommend their services enough. I truly felt like I was with family and that my care was of utmost importance.
