The technicians and Dr Peaslee are great, but the wait time and lack of communication from the front desk staff are RIDICULOUS. We waited almost an hour and a half to even be called back for my son's appointment and they didn't offer an apology or explanation or anything until the tech called us back.

The staff was great! Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Did not wait long before I was called back. Dr. Powell was very thorough, professional, and would highly recommend her.

I love 20/20 Eye Care! Dr. James is amazing! I had several issues and she is very thorough and followed up with each of them.
Also their equipment is so much better than what my previous doc had, which I felt made my eye exam much more accurate.
Also, I never had to wait for long when I had an appointment.

I made an appointment well over a month ago. When I came in for my appointment this afternoon, 15 minutes early, I was told they had several walk ins and it would be quite a while before I was seen. While
I understand the hectic time of year with everyone trying to use their benefits before they roll over, I had made an appointment. I feel like appointments should be made priority. I have worked in this field before and haven’t seen walk ins take precedence over appointments ever. I was so disappointed since my birthday is this week and I wanted my contacts for that and a cruise coming up. I tried to reschedule but there were no other appointments for the next few weeks. I called LensCrafters and got an appointment for tomorrow thankfully. While disappointed I still appreciate the staff and the eye mask I was given. Everyone was very professional and apologetic.

My first appointment couldn’t have went better. They were very busy and having computer issues, yet not just one, but every single person I encountered from the second I walked in to when I walked out the door was so very pleasant. I never felt rushed and I felt as if my issues were important to them! Cant wait to pick up my glasses next week. I’ve never needed them before until now.
Thanks again for making a not so pleasant experience one to share about.

My spouse and I had a terrible time at our local MyEyeDr location. My glasses are about two months late getting in. The staff has lied about the time it would take to get them in. The first time their lab messed my pair of glasses up and then the second pair got lost. I’m on my third pair and was told it would take at max a week to get them in and it’s been over two now and past the original late date. My spouse was told they might have holes in their eyes and was suppose to get an immediate referral to a specialist but, after a week we had to talk to the specialist ourselves and make an appointment because the staff from MyEyeDr never sent the referral. My spouse was also taken back to have eye surgery the day of the appointment. They also couldn’t get my contact exam straight and I ended up having to call them and fix it myself. After that they called me multiple times trying to get me to confirm when I’d already talked to them about it, to the point I just called and canceled the appointment. They then proceeded to call and tell my spouse I never showed up for my exam after I had cancelled the appointment. As long as my spouse and I have worn glasses, we have never had an experience like this before.

How long does it take to receive contact lenses? 5 months is what took me to get my contact lenses. And that’s because I had to call more than 10 times to receive an answer from the staff that my lenses had already been picked up? Nobody had picked up any contacts because they were never ordered! No communication between staff and no communication with me, the customer. Never more! Do not recommend this place!

I am new to this eye Doctor. He is friendly, experienced, and professional, but one person in this office has been in an impatient and cranky mood every time I've see her. During my last appointment, she lost her temper because I asked a valid question. It was very uncomfortable, and that is NOT how I want to feel when visiting any Doctor’s office. I am looking for a place where I feel welcomed and valued as a patient and customer. This is not the place for me, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
