Dr. Lee performed both of my cataract surgeries here one week apart, and I was very happy with the entire process. The staff were alll very friendly and personable, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I was very impressed with the nurses, anesthesiologist, and of course Dr. Lee! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Eye Surgery Center and Dr. Lee to anyone.

My first cataract surgery was great,BUT my 2nd surgery was a negative experience. Not only did the nurse missed my veins 2x ,she had to get another nurse to do it right which left my hand and side black and blue and Then my Dr.(Foster) did not identify himself,as if I knew under the mask who it was. Then he leaves without saying onword and the only one who I can say were the best,well educated staff were Ms. Rosemary and the male who took me out in the wheelchair. very disappointed. I wasn't a patient that day,I was just another $$ figure.

Dr Lee performed cataract surgery on my dad. Had complications, which we knew was a possibility. The problem is Dr Lee allowed him to go 3 weeks with a detached retina before telling us that was the problem and referring us to a surgeon who could try to reattach it. Now he can't see out of that eye due to the 3 wks of staining, AND he keeps getting a bill for $20.00. So, they not only directly caused the loss of vision, but want him to pay them more for doing it!

I switched to Eye Care Associates several years ago after spending over 2 hours at another eye care provider for a routine exam and have been so pleased I did. They take you in on time, run all the tests needed to check eye health and your are out quickly. Friendly staff always and terrific eye care.

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago. I called 2 days after my appointment to make a contact lens order with a request to have a question answered by Dr Lee. I had to leave a voicemail, again and again. When I finally got someone on the phone 3 days later she was completely unprofessional and had no idea how to handle my call. She said she would have a tech get with the Dr and call me back. I still have not received a call back and every time I call I get "the voicemail is full", no matter which option I choose. I have been a patient here for years and after this, I think it's time to move on.

The doctors and associates are professional yet warm and willing to answer all your questions. The nurses at the desk were friendly and helpful to me with filling out forms too! The nurses who gave me initial examinations were experienced and knowledgeable and very patient. The nurse who dilated my eyes and walked me through an eye chart reading was extremely helpful. The doctor who examined me spoke of what he was doing as he gave the exam and answered many of my questions. They all were not in a hurry or rushed me.

Dr. Boyd, Lisa, Henry and the all the staff were excellent. I've recently moved back to the area and my son recommended Eye Care Associates. I can't wait until my new glasses arrive. Dr. Boyd also followed up on my questions regarding mono vision contacts where I can see near and far. I'm looking forward to my fitting! Thank you so much!

The staff are very professional and courteous with helping clients during examination. Dr. Benjamin is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to explain procedure for your Eyewear health care. Thank you for taking the time to care for me and I look forward to next appointment.

I had to change opticians because of my insurance. I took a chance with eye care associates because they had good reviews. I was very pleased. There was not a wait. Everyone I saw was very nice and professional. I was given a very thorough exam. I was not pressured to buy glasses from them, which was appreciated. I may fill the prescription there but I wanted the opportunity to check other places first. I would definitely recommend Eye Care Associates.

Every staff member was courteous, helpful and kind. My experience was very positive. This was my first visit with Dr. Foster, and I understand now why he is highly recommended. He took plenty of time explaining my diagnosis (cataracts in both eyes), and the need for surgery, along with the various surgical options. I left the office feeling confident that I’ll be in good hands.

The Eye Center has one of the most organized procedures in processing patients I’ve experienced. Each member of their staff is highly trained. Your appointment Trent times are always kept or are early. Only complaint, one of the doctors nurses calls the patient “honey & sweetheart.” I’m sure she means it in a nice way, but it comes across a bit condescending or demeaning to me. Maybe she uses it to the senior population. I’m not her “honey or sweetheart.” I worked hard for a masters degree & would just like to be referred to as a regular person.
