I give the service and my results a 10/10. They truly care about you and what’s right for you. From start to finish I really enjoyed their service and what they provided for me. I am loving my new eyes, I got lasik. Kim and Dr Justus Thomas are absolutely amazing, thank you for my vision!

Dr Steed is the best Dr (and I am not narrowing it down to eye Dr) that my family has truly ever been to. I recommend him to everyone that I know. Incredible with my children! He is caring, concerned and you will feel like you are his only patient. My children (11 and 14). absolutely love him! Additionally, the staff in his office are top notch! I am so glad that I found him for our family!

My last eye exam was over 2 years ago when Dr Steed was still there. I had my appointment with Dr Larson 2 weeks ago and he was excellent! Very thorough and took his time. He was very easy to talk to and made you feel comfortable. Would recommend

After two plus years between eye exams I made an appointment with Dr. Larsen. I had been to the office previously (before Dr. Larsen bought the practice) so I was very familiar with the staff. The office staff was professional, congenial and very knowledgable. I found Dr. Larsen to be very thorough with the exam and very professional, while also very personable. I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist. Definitely a five star experience!

I made an appointment at the last minute due to an eye injury. I was quickly given an appointment within a few hours. When I arrived I was greeted warmly, and the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist was cheerful and eager to answer any questions I had. Dr. Aaron was very thorough during the examination and explained what was occurring in my eye, and what care she wanted me to follow up with at home. She was very pleasant and put me at ease. Lee the optician was the best I’ve talked to in any eye glass store. He helped a lot and had a very open personality and was very personable. Felt like 30 minutes due to how comfortable he made the place feel. I usually don’t write reviews but this one is worth it.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The assistant and doctor were very positive and efficient. And the guy who got my order into the system was very knowledgable and patient. He made sure that I got exactly what I needed. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

Dr. Thomas has been an excellent provider for me for many years. He has an excellent support staff. My recent cataract surgery was a huge success. Of course word of an excellent provider spreads and patients come from far and wide. This can result in greater wait times. The best is worth waiting for when your vision is at stake.

I had the best experience at Houston eye associates! The representative named Shay who I started with, was very professional very friendly and put me at my ease, and was able to answer all of my questions! Then on meeting Dr Justus Thomas, I had an even better experience! He was very professional he answered questions he gave me The Good The bad and a full picture of everything and let me know what my alternatives were. It was a good experience all around. They are very polite easy to work with and of course very special in the way that they handle people.

This was my first time ever at an eye doctor. The doctors and front desk were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me, as I was somewhat nervous. They found the perfect frames for my face and I couldn’t be more grateful! Ingrid was so helpful in getting my frames set to my face and the front desk was so polite and made me feel at ease every step of the way!
