Everyone was great- we are especially grateful to Lee Harris for going above and beyond to make sure my daughter found frames she loved… he could have easily just filled out the order for the frames we had found but he took the time to ask if she was really happy and was able to find a pair she is thrilled with. Excellent care and service, y’all are lucky you I have him representing the company!

The office is extremely efficient and personable. With a curious mind I do ask questions and they went out of their way to answer and explain thoroughly the images of my eyes. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place and the staff is so nice BUT the business hours are horrible. At least open one day on the weekend for those of us that work the same hours during the week that you are open. I've been trying to pick up my glasses for two weeks. I shouldn't have to use vacation hours to cover my working hours just to pick up my glasses. Since you do service outside customers that are the public you should be available to everyone and not just those that don't work.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Kingwood Eye Trends. I was extremely happy with every aspect of my visit. My check in and prelim were conducted in a friendly professional manner, Dr Wong was very thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. The Office Manager was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with frame choice and payment options. I would highly recommend this superior team!

I took my son in for his eye exam, he is 5. So you can just imagine how hard it is to get his vision checked, however Sabrina was simply amazing with him and so patient. He said he loved going there.

Awesome vision center and highly recommend. Dr. Probst was exceptionally personable. I didn't feel like just another number to her and the staff at Family Vision Center. I/we were looking for a new Optometrist and vision center, and it looks like we found it.

I rarely review, but seeing the 4.9 rating here is what brought me in and I after 2 years of being a patient there is no way these review are legit. The staff are always annoyed to assist and often rude. I waiting in the room for my yearly exam for 45 minutes. Customer service needs a severe overhaul. I'm offically switching providers. It's worth it to travel somewhere that values my business and doesn't view the custom as a burden.

Family Vision Center made our day when my Son and I visited for an emergency. Every single staff member and the Doctor were helpful and friendly!

My absolute favorite place! Glenda Martinez was amazing! She helped us do everything for our contacts and was so personable and warm. Kingwood office is almost like an extension to our own family. Dr. Barker has been servicing our entire family for the last 7 years and let me say their personal relation skills are top notch.

I've worn glasses my entire life and have always gone to the eye doctors connected to the stores. Never had an issue. I went to Berkeley today for a diabetic eye check up and was just blown away. Check in was a breeze, the staff was amazing. The sisters were great explaining what the drops were and doing the first checks on my eyes, Dr Nguyen explained everything and we talked about possible future procedures, Alexis was extremely helpful with checking out and setting up my future appointments. Everyone was nice, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

I came in for a regular eye exam and Berkeley really made me feel welcomed. They saw me super quickly and helped me get out of here fast. The staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Palumbo is the best eye doctor, very thorough. Glenda helped me with my contacts and gave me a few samples to try out which I greatly appreciate. And Diamond made me feel very comfortable and was super nice. Overall this is the best eye doctor in town. Always very impressed.
