I do not recommend coming here. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment and 2 days before my appointment I would get a call saying they need to reschedule my appointment cause they don’t have the proper equipment at that certain location. This happened to me 4 times. The only reason I stuck around was cause workers comp was paying for my treatment. I highly recommend you go somewhere else

Before I say anything else, Raychel Middleton made my first experience at your location, phenomenal. There are not words to express how spectacular a visit this was. I've been wearing glasses for 35 years, and contacts for most of that time as well. The lady at the counter when I checked in was wonderfully pleasing to deal with. The fellow who fit me for my glasses was good, the doctor and others were nice. Raychel, was absolutely amazing! Considering we've now transitioned to a time and place when the world is disconnected, and we use zoom and teams meetings to interact with eye care specialist and even the doctor, human experience has been lost to most of us. Let's just say, you should be glad that I don't work in the medical field or that there was some way I could steal her from you, or I would have made Raychel an off-the-charts employment offer - on the spot - to come work for me or with me, somewhere else. I say this to try and impress upon you how dynamic and valuable I think she is to your organization. I write a lot of reviews, mostly restaurants and medical related, and I rarely say this... but that was not just 5 star, but 8 star service... Professional, poised, helpful knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just the right mix of levity to make you feel comfortable. Like I said I've had a lot of eye exams, but this was the best experience of my life. Because of this not only will I be back, I will share my experience with others.

Dr. Ravin was very considerate of my concerns about getting surgery. She really helped me feel ready to get my cataracts fixed. I’m super happy with her and the Florida Eye Associates.

I am new in town, and I chose Bonita Point Family Optometry after reading the great reviews online. All 5 stars! Now, I understand why! I was very impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Kikunaga and his staff. Dr. Kikunaga was very kind, friendly, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Yu was great! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. The assistants and associate were all very professional and friendly as well. The service was top notch! I felt welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.
