From the Dr. to management and the whole team being a new patient to this eye doctor made me feel welcome. Helped me with all my questions and had me in and out in a timely manner. Communication was on point and when I went to go get my glasses, had another friendly great experience.

Yeah, she's good. I've never seen a busier doctor, but then I do not do the "doctor thing" that much. Ya want an Eye Surgeon to peal away those cataracts? She'd be the one in my opinion.........

My eye exam was great. Dr. Bains is the best. She is thorough in her eye exams and makes sure her patients get the best of care. She is also a very kind and caring person who always makes me feel like I matter. The staff at Lens crafters are also kind, caring, and professional. They are helpful in helping to find the perfect eyewear for their clients.

Dr T is absolutely fantastic and truly one of the best doctors in his field. He is caring and knows what he is doing. With his years of experience, he has proven to provide quality care for my mom and aunt, and we have never left his office confused or concerned. On top of that, he manages his team well. They are friendly and I have not had any issues with scheduling or wait times. I would highly recommend anyone with ANY eye concerns to see Dr T and his team at Harvard Eye.

The eye test and follow-up purchase of the glasses was different from what I had experienced elsewhere. LensCrafters was a modern, well laid out store with all of the services and products needed for a ONE-STOP-SHOP, from an eye test to their wide selection of frames. The staff was pleasant and professional, and went beyond expectations in making my purchase satisfactory.

Been going to Dr. Woo's office for a couple of years now. Very satisfied with the quality of work and service. Dr. Woo spends time to speak in details of the situation and options available. Very pleasant to talk to, great bedside manners. The staff is excellent, very competent, efficient, friendly, caring, and professional. Makes my eye exams an enjoyable experience.

Dr. Lazar is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was thorough and comprehensive in her exam, explanation and recommendations. Her staff was very friendly and attentive. I had an amazing experience at Greenwich Eye Care and highly recommend them.
