I couldn’t get into my usual dr and was able to make an appointment for the next day here, front desk woman was friendly, kind and accommodating. The woman that helped me pick out my glasses, I believe her name was Daniella, was super helpful, took her time with me and had a great “eye” for what looked best on me! Definitely recommend West Bay Eye Associates!

Just called looking for an appointment & the receptionist seemed to have an attitude right off the rip. Didn’t seem to even want to be helping me and barely even tried to get me in there. I’m a returning patient and I’m so beyond annoyed cause the doctors are great. Going somewhere else now!

Always a pleasure to see Dr Scharff. The optical shop staff is very helpful and the selection of glasses, contacts and LASIK are all available.

Dr Laura is great, she came in on a Sunday to help me with my eye injury. She was so pleasant and successfully removed a piece of metal from my eye.

Koch Eye exceeds expectations. I’ve been a patient since I was 14 and now have two teens of my own who are always accommodated when we come. Today the 2 girls in the optical department downstairs went the extra mile to make sure my son had his glasses today and with the updated script despite challenges faced with my insurance and HSA plan. Very thankful!

Dr. Doyle and staff are top notch. He's been our families Doctor for years and we strongly recommend his practice. He's clear and concise and won't leave until all our questions are answered in an easily understandable way. Love the new Warwick location.

I am working in Warwick from out of town and while working I got a metal shard in my eye. I called another Doctors office telling them my story and they said they didn’t take walk-in’s. I got ahold of Family Eye health and not only did they take me but they were considerate to my problem. The process to remove the metal shard from my eye took less then 10 minutes and I was back to work right away with no eye issues because Family Eye Health took their time and was considerate. Highly recommend them for all your eye needs.

I dropped my glasses in the ocean and called 15 different eye clinics. Family Eye health saw me same day. From reception, to prescreening, to the Dr's visit, exam for contacts, the fitting, the exercise in removing and inserting the contacts, the professionalism and friendliness and the value for money just was top notch. I'd give more stars if I could. Added note, I left with crystal clear vision, my there are pretty ladies working there.
