Not a positive experience my issue was not addressed at all nothing was addressed will never return !

I arrived early and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was seen right away to get some testing done prior to seeing Dr. Ray. Who completed additional tests on my eyes and thoroughly explained the pictures that were previously taken of my eyes. Overall it was a positive experience and I would return for future eye care.

After reading many reviews for optometrists in the area my wife and I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shoji Morita. This was my first time getting glasses and I must say this had to have been, hands down, one of the most positive experiences I’ve had working with a business be it a doctors office or otherwise. The eye exam was extremely thorough and doc got my lens prescription absolutely perfect. Throughout the exam the doc was patient and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. My wife even commented that the last time she got glasses the doctor (a different optometrist at a different location) was not nearly as thorough as doctor morita. My wife and I were in a crunch for time and were leaving town he next day. We let the office know this and they were more than happy to work with is and they made our glasses THE SAME DAY! I have now referred my mother and sister in-law who will be booking appointments soon. I will also be taking my kids here next time they need new glasses. 10/10

Very professional, friendly and thorough. They really take the extra time to make sure their patients are given the best vision care possible.

I just had lasic with Dr Khambati and his team. I went to two other places and chose this place despite the price was not the lowest (and it was not the highest either). Reasons: the Dr saw me during the initial evaluation unlink other places. His team was very responsive (I worked with Mihai and he is excellent). He presented to me more options and provided his professional opinion They helped me to simulate mono vision, both eyes for distance and using drops ….for shortsightedness (I am 48). It took a month for me to do the research and try out options and his team were patient and helpful during this journey. I have to mention that I really enjoyed any interaction I had with the Dr.

Liz the optical Technition is wonderful!! They were so busy just before closing and she stayed late helping us getting my husbands lens installed in his new frames and found my contacts!! They close at 6pm and here we r at 6:30!! She’s a dynamite employee!! Thank u Liz!!

Costco optical in Mesa AZ has the best customer service! Each one of the employees working in this department are extremely helpful. I’ve been using this Costco eye department for 10 years. Before Covid the frame choices were amazing. Hopefully they will get more inventory soon!

My teenage son recently scratched his eye. Dr. Muto was able to quickly get him in. He was friendly and professional and took great care of him. I highly recommend Dr. Muto!

Dr. Kahn and staff made a very scary situation not so scary. He listened to my questions and answered in terms I understood. He’s very patient and caring. The new building is clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and joyful. I had an emergency and they were all there much later than they should have been - with kindness.
