I have found it difficult to find a good optometrist and opthamologist and it must be because this practice has them all. The Doctors are top notch and they examine your eyes thoroughly. Doctor George was able to diagnose my problem, and he prescribed the appropriate medication for my eyes to heal quickly. The office staff is friendly and thorough. I would not think twice about going there for routine eye exams or if you have a specific problem.

When you show up for your eye appointment make sure you bring something to do, the chances are you will be waiting around for awhile. I waited for two hours and spent about 90% of that time on my own. After the two hour long exam they take you out to their showroom where you can try on and select the glasses you would like, the 20 different styles are hardly a choice. This is also the time the sales people will try and push you to get the most expensive frames and get you to do all the upgrades, so be warned now. I make my selection and I feel comfortable that I have made a great choice, I was wrong. They say it will take a week... two weeks go by, get a call and go in. The order was wrong and they sent them back. Another week... get a call asking me to bring my frames back to them so they can cut my lenses for me. I responded with what are you talking about. They say sorry and I canceled my order. Get a call today and my glasses are in. They have zero accountability for themselves and I would not waste my time with them.

Brook Plaza Ophthalmology has the greatest staff in Brooklyn. Everyone treats you with the utmost respect and like family. They're very professional and they make you feel comfortable being there. They adhere to keeping the establishment clean. I love coming there and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Ophthalmology needs. Keep up the great work.

Had a great time at the office! The staff, Rene and Jody are super nice, accommodating, and making me feel at ease. Dr. Hsieh was just as nice, very thorough in her exam, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office also has a wide selection of glasses to choose from. The whole team (including the doctor!) were happy to help give their input so I could select the frame that best fit me. Would recommend this optometry office to anyone wanting to get an stress free eye exam with a great office attitude and friendly faces!

This center is phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly. I have pretty bad medical related anxiety, and they worked with me and took their time. Dr. Fethke explained everything very thoroughly, and was super nice. I am so happy that I got to go here, and they have been able to help me so much! I had a very short wait time, maybe 5 minutes not including filling out the paperwork. The front area was nice, and had coffee and water available to drink.

Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes at my first and only appointment before I asked to reschedule. As you will see below, Dr. Martin promptly responded to this review and defended his unfriendly, unprofessional staff. He says she was entering my information but she was huddled with the main receptionist whispering about some kind of drama. You mistake me for an idiot Dr. Martin. You have a few bad reviews over ur staff. I'm old enough to know bad time management. I do not waste my time with professionals who don't consider it to be valuable. You must have run behind because of the emergency or walk in appointments you offer. Over scheduling is a common problem that we the public do not appreciate. The main receptionist has a lot to learn about being the first face people see when they walk in. She didn't smile or anything. I will take my business elsewhere. I don't reward bad behaviors. I'd rather take money out of my pocket because that's what happens when we have to take time off for these long appointments anyway. I got another appointment with another provider, 4 days after this appointment vs the two/three weeks u offered to reschedule

I LOVED the warm, inviting and professional atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and quick to answer my questions. They walked me through EVERYTHING that was happening…And the results of the surgery came out better than anyone expected! I only expected to come out with 20/30 vision which was the same as if I had glasses on. At my recheck today , the day after surgery, I have 20/15 vision!!! THANK YOU YOU SO MUCH LasikPlus

It was my first visit wit Dr. Garber. He is very friendly, thorough and takes the time to explain options and what next steps are. I feel confident in working with him. The office staff is very efficient too.

I had to switch optometrists because my insurance changed. My first visit was today and the experience was great. My exam was quick and easy. The front office had my benefits handy to help answer questions about glasses/lens cost. The selection of frames was nice, and I was able to find a perfect pair. Very pleased!!!

Brought my 83 yo grandmother to an appt scheduled for 2:15. We arrived at 1:40. She sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. After being put in a room she sat for an additional hour before being helped. This place knowingly over books. The front desk is disrespectful and not helpful. While this is not the 1st time this has happened it is certainly the worst. This is unacceptable and a practice that clearly cares more about money and numbers than their patients. We will be looking to go elsewhere.
