I was having issues with headaches , temple on right side swelling { a knot } and blurring of vision . She found I have Temporal Arthritis and Glaucoma . She showed me the images from an air pressure test , the numbers were extremely high and took her time . I absolutely adore her staff mate , Tammy , she is the best . I will be seeing her soon for an update of my condition .

The newest optometrist is awesome! I tried another optometrist on Ina that couldn't provide the proper prescription for my computer glasses. I need these glasses for my job, so it's important to get this corrected. This place used the new frames and sent the prescription to the lab. After a week of successful wear and being able to see my computer screens clearly, I will always come here for my eye care needs.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. An appointment was made for the same day as my call to the office. With a short wait, I saw the Doctor who actually listened to my eye issues. After a quick examination , he sent a prescription to my pharmacy and now I’m off to healthy eyes again!

Natalia and Mo are fabulous! My glasses are always right on target and I get a ton of compliments! Customer service and attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

Dr Cheng was great with my seven year old daughter. Personable, kind and patient. The practice that she is at however which is Bethlehem Eye Associates, they get a 0. I would never ever recommend going to them. They were so bad I ended up calling to cancel the glasses I had ordered, the next morning, I couldn’t bear the thought of returning. It took 2.5 hours for one single eye appointment.

Haven’t been to the optometrist is 8 years and the doctor and staff were so friendly and welcoming. I am happy I stumbled on this place. Will for sure be coming back :)

This was the first eye appt that I’ve made since moving to Nashville, so I honestly didn’t know where to start as a point of reference. Optique came up in my Google search as it’s relatively close to my place. But let me tell you…Dr. Julie (one of the newest additions to this location) was so AMAZING! She’s so charismatic and informative, I couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor! The entire staff was amazing, including Teresa who helps part time with sales. For any newbies out there to Nashville, or people who are looking to switch providers in general…you won’t be disappointed!

You know, LensCrafters isn’t the best in my opinion but it’s quick and easy. The customer service is usually meh and they are always so busy at each location. HOWEVER, Jolie in Colma takes the time to get to know you and your needs to ensure you choose the right frames. Her personality, experience, and attention to detail stands out at this location and keeps me coming back. The world needs more people like JOLIE. I will continue to visit this location so long as Jolie is there.

I needed to reschedule my daughter's appointment for contacts and was told she couldn't be seen again for six months. When I explained that she needs contacts for school next month and that her rx has expired, the staff suggested I buy her new glasses and make her wear those for six months until they can see her. Unacceptable. I had to give up an appointment. Surely there was another patient out there that would have loved to come in a week or two or even a month earlier, that they could have swapped us with. The doctors here are great and very thorough. And there was a time when it was possible to get an appointment within six weeks or so. But those days are long gone. The staff has become uncaring and won't even pretend to want to be helpful or problem solve. I have no choice but to find another eye doctor for my significant other, myself, and our kids. The good news is, after losing five patients today it might be easier for the rest of you to get appointments. 😉
