Great, clean office, nice staff, always friendly. Dr. Martin McGinn is great!! I actually got in a few minutes before my appt. time to see the doctor and even though it was a thorough check-up I was in and out.

Dr. Ikeda and his Staff are very professional! Eye exams are very thorough, from the pre-testing to sitting down with Dr. Ikeda for the visual exam. I recently went back to Dr Ikeda. My vision insurance had changed back in 2017 and I had to go elsewhere. But now in 2025 I can have him as my Optometrist again! I highly recommend Dr Ikeda and his Staff. They’re amazing!

The whole staff is amazing!! The dr listen to concern and wants to make it better for you! We will continue to come here for the whole family. We did 3 exams and ordered glasses. They made everything so easy!

Went to Dr. Albergo for a second opinion on an eye issue. Dr. Albergo was able to see me on short notice and took my symptoms very seriously. I first called his office as a new patient late in the afternoon and I had an appointment for early the very next morning. He did multiple tests and listened to everything I told him about my symptoms. He even took the time to call me the following day to ask how I was doing. All of his staff were excellent as well. They were friendly and professional, and showed compassion when I was upset about my symptoms. Highly recommend! I’m very grateful for the care from him and his office.

All staff members seemed very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast even though they were very busy. No one seemed bothered by the increased work load during that time.

I love the kindness and concerns that Dr Burk has however this year I got my glasses from Beckley instead of Central..The beckley staff are not friendly at all.I did not receive the same service with my glasses @Beckley ..they did not try to accommodate me..it is totally different @ Central eyeglass store..wasn't able to get anti glare and transitions this year..they wanted more money..they also didn't explain insurance and warranty.They didn't tell me that glasses didn't come with a case...To me I should have received the same service as last year but they didn't even try and wasn't too concern.It's difficult to see without the anti glare in which I chose wide frames and again no instructions.and I was used to driving with transitions now I need sunglasses and probably need to change restrictions on DL.Beckley store has poor custumer service.

Cleveland Eye clinic in Beachwood was absolutely amazing. The staff, Dr. Cox and the entire experience was excellent. My son, 26 is autistic and he was very edgy that day. Everyone in the office was amazing to him and he left feeling so much calmer.
