The person that dilated my eyes and tested my vision was able to make make me comfortable with the exam, this is the first eye exam where time was taken to show me how my new prescription for glasses will work, The Dr explained what she found or didn't find & even checked a previous injury.She actually told m me to call after hrs. I am impressed

I chose Peninsula for my LASIK procedure with Dr. Dan Beers. Dr. Beers is so experienced and meticulously plans each of his procedures to be customized per patient. I felt in super good hands throughout, and I ended up seeing 20/15 post op!! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life - thank you so much Dr. Beers! In addition to all the excellent staff, I wanted to specifically shout out Georgina - she was so helpful throughout my experience and enthusiastically comforting. She’s one of the best!

Our family has been patients of The Eye Institute and Blink Optical for years. My youngest daughter saw Dr. Cole as a young child as she was going through some medical related vision issues. As we gained more stability in her vision, she transitioned to Dr. Hansen who was already seeing my wife. The front desk staff are very friendly. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Cole are kind and compassionate. They always ensure our questions are answered. On the optical store side, my daughter wanted to move to contacts and they team was over the top patient as she learned how to put them in and take them out. Top notch service at every step.

I had a great experience in this place thanks to one of the attendees Emily. I was very frustrated to get glasses and she was very patient. Emily let me try many frames, she gave me suggestions. She was not pushy with certain frames that could be more pricey. I gave her a number for the budget and she went with it. She explained with detail the features of every glass. The ups and downs of getting it. The specials and combinations that could be made. I left more confident on the choice I made for glasses thanks to Emily. I picked my glassed yesterday so only waited 10 days. And the measurement is good and the glasses frames are new. Another attendee ask ne to try them to see if they were tight and he made the adjustments for me. Overall a good experience in this place.

Dr Khan is so kind, as has wonderful knowledge! She was so nice and welcoming to my daughter, and my mother, and even fit me in, due to a driver’s license issue. She also fit my mother in, so it was more convenient for us. She is absolutely amazing, and I definitely recommend her to anyone! She was also able to figure out the issues with my daughter’s eyes, including that she had astigmatism‘s, which no one else could find or figure out! I will always go here, as long as I live here! Thank you, Dr. Khan!!!

Their friendly optician was very helpful with their large selection of eyeglasses and both my daughter and I found our perfect style and individual customized fit. Highly recommend.

Do not go here they never answer the phone

Dr. Mashia Ghods did a great job. He patiently examined my eyes and explained me valuable things about my sight. I recommend Dr. Ghods big time.

Dr.Silverstone performed my eyelid surgery to correct my vision shortly before retiring. It was a poor job and I feel extremely self conscious with now having one eye much different than the other. Upon his last checkup with me he suggested waiting 6 months then seeing Dr. Bautista who could make a simple correction. Saw her, she told me it would cost $7,000 to correct the surgery and insurance would not touch it. Upon arguing that Dr. Silverstone directed me to do what he said, her assistant rudely told me there was no way Dr. Bautista would be responsible to fix Dr. Silverstone’s botched surgeries. I attempted to reach him with this info including before and after pics with no luck and was told by assistant they could not give me his contact info.

My first experience at briarwood vision center, and I won’t go back. Nothing horrible, but the optometrist I saw had kind of an intense and rushed energy, which I didn’t love. After receiving my glasses, it became apparent that the corrective areas were on the wrong spot on the lenses. When i took them back in, I commented that they had never actually put the glasses on me to find out where I looked through it, as has been done with my first prescription. The woman up front denied all responsibility, never apologized or acknowledged that I am out glasses for weeks, and out the time it takes me to bring them back in and then pick them up. The error is acceptable. The unwillingness to take responsibility or apologize is a deal breaker.
