They have the worse selection of eyeglasses I have ever seen. The ladies behind the counter were incredibly rude during my last appointment. As if they were annoyed that I was there. Dr. Hart is a pretty nice guy, but man does he want to get in and out as fast as possible. They ALWAYS have a billing issue. First I pay, then they send me a refund check, then they invoice me, then they refund me again! I will be looking for a new eye doctor, just not worth the frustration anymore.

Everything was great from beginning to end. I got right in for an eye exam with no appointment. The doctor and staff were very professional. After the eye exam I made my way to the other side to pick out my glasses. I was greeted and then helped by Kat. Kat did a great job helping me select my glasses and being attentive to my needs. She displayed great customer service skills and had a ton of patience with me. It took me a little time before I found the glasses that I wanted but I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this business.

Took forever to get the appointment after referral from LensCrafters and a couple follow up calls bc I didn’t hear back from them. The appointment was at 9, so I had to leave home at 740 just to make it here to sit. The tech was sweet and apologized then provided an excuse for the delay. But as a customer we should have been advised of the delay/wait or offered to reschedule instead of waiting so long. (That’s would have been better customer service) The tech dilated my eyes at 935. Had 9 am appt and all paperwork done prior to arriving. I still waited over 1hr after being dialated at 935 in the back to just to be seen by doctor at 10:30. WAITING. And waiting.. why book 9 appt if doctor is not showing up til after 10. My Time is money and my time is precious. If ur not considerate of ur customers time then I can’t recommend this place at all even if everyone was nice. (Which they were) I’ve never waited so long to see any doctor. 4 stars bc they knew what they were doing but still waited a LONG TIME.

We found out one morning that our oldest needed glasses, Vision 4 Less was recommended by our doctor for their incredible warranty on children’s glasses. Needless to say, they’re nothing less than fabulous! Erika was the most kind, patient, generous and knowledgeable person on the planet to me from the moment I made my first phone call there to the time we walked out the door with our glasses. For a mom whose kid needed glasses for the time, not knowing at all where to start, she was MOST helpful and she’ll never know what she did for my heart that day. We walked in at 3:55pm and by 6pm my child had her first pair of glasses on her face! So FAST and so reliable. Highly recommend the store AND Erika!

Horrible

My experience with Dr. Hirshfield was wonderful. Only problem I have is that my prescriptions were never sent to my pharmacy. i spoke to the office manager the next day and was told that the doctor didn't sign off on them. She toldme she would have the associate sign off on them and send t to the pharmacy. Unfortunately only one of the two was sent. This is totally unacceptable as far as I'm comcerned.

All employees at Clarkson Eyecare were professional, friendly and helpful. I’m picking up my new glasses soon. Have a great day!

I give 0 star for this business. Waited for almost 3 months to get a pair of glasses that i am not able to see through them comfortably. I have been wearing glasses since i was little, so i know exactly how it feels like to have a right nice pair of glasses with clear vision. They said they have fixed and changed the lenses but NO THEY DID NOT. All LIES. Seriously. Because if they did. I wouldn't have to come back 3 times to get them fixed.

I love this place! Even after I moved i will travel 40 minutes just to come here! Everyone is always professional even when busy!!
