Liked the doctor, but a 2 hour wait in the lobby was unacceptable!

This was my first visit today and they were all great. Connie was at the front desk and also helped me pick out frames. Very patient and kept getting frames until I found one I liked. I saw Dr Tran and she was great. Explained everything has she went. I did not feel rushed at all. Last one I went to I felt like get me in and out quickly. Had a lot of different frames and the prices were not bad either. There was a gentlemen there also, sorry can't remember his name, but anytime Connie wanted to double check something, he was right there, no complaining. Also interacted with the customers that were waiting. I have found my new eye place.

I've been a patient for awhile. I recently had an emergency and called them and they were able to see me very quickly. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the assistant who took vital information to the doctor was affable, professional, and reassuring. I would, and have, recommend this practice to others. Thanks for the great service!

Dr. Spencer is wonderful. He spends lots of time explaining each thing he is doing his office. Staff are fabulous as well.

Dr. Gale and staff were very friendly, efficient, and patient with my kids who were being difficult at times.

Dr. Mike likes to hit his female co workers and harass them.

The staff is nice to deal with and usually very friendly. My main issue is that they close down for an hour for lunch every day, even when multiple people work. I don’t understand why they aren’t open all the time like the rest of Sams is. Staff can take lunches at separate times... it isn’t a doctors office. Also it would be nice to come in to place orders and not have to wait for staff to finish up their 15 minute smoke break.

I would not go anywhere else! Dr. Dampier is awesome and never makes you feel rushed. I must say this is the most thorough eye clinic I have ever been to. Everyone is so helpful and supportive! So nice to be greeted by Monica when you sign in! Always smiling and friendly!

The very BEST OPTICAL STORE IN THE WORLD!!! I purchased glasses in 2013, broke the frame taking off my pullover this morning, and had it totally replaced by 10:00 for FREE!! Unbelievable!! Ernie and crew are great folks.

My only visit to their place of business was almost two years ago. My eyes were examined elsewhere and Advanced accepted my insurance for glasses. Overall professional, not a lot to choose from (based on your insurance) but hey, I can see and the glasses are not terrible
